Great product!
This works excellent in my 2001 Audi S4, it fit almost perfectly in the back seat and allows my dog much more space to roam around in the back seat. It gives him much better support, and allows him a much safer and more comfortable trip all around. The only negative about this thing is that it allows him to get so close that he can stick his head up over the barrier and drool over me or my gf on the trip. ;)I should add that this is extremely solid and appears like it will not be falling apart any time soon, I have been using this for over a month now and have gotten a lot of use and it still is in great shape.

NOT what you think for some cars!
This was a disappointment. I read reviews and thought it would work for my chevy 2013 equinox and my 100# lab. SO MANY REVIEWS WERE GREAT. Wrong. It didn't even reach across the whole backseat so I had this gap where my poor pups paws got pinched. Not to mention the whole thing shifts the minute the dog moves. The support was just cardboard it seemed. I even put a tiny bit of my weight on it and it gave. Granted I'm 20# heavier than the dog but I was using upper body force. When I wanted to return it I had to EMAIL the maker for a return label...which I never got. So there went my $13 shipping. He just sent me an address to send it back....great. I think it would be better for a truck with FLAT back seats and no leg room to reach over... So my lab had to ride 1,600 miles in a back seat I ended up stuffing the leg room with bedding so he had extra room to lay down.

Works, day bed comfort for pet
Works as stated. We have a big dog, who has knee issues. So this was bought with a ramp for her to get in and use the backseat of a RAM 2500, which has two outer full seats and partial inner seat (cup holders); therefore, she didn't fit well in the back and had issues. She goes to the floor first, then up on the seat/bridge, then vise-versa to get out. No ramp gets the pet that high to get in. So we un-snap one side, pull the seat forward, get get up, push the seat back and re-snap the bridge in place...pain in butt. But once in it is great, by placing non-skid material and a blankets over it becomes a day bed where she is safe and comfortable all day.

Two Doggie Thumbs Up!
My Lab is an excited passenger in my SUV, excuse me, her SUV....there is always something out the window that needs investigation and it's side to side the entire trip. She's not a small Lab, around 90 pounds, and this bridge system works great for her. It provides a stable base for her to travel on and she no longer does face plants into the back of the front seats anymore....she's happier. I've combined this with a well-fitting seat cover and don't have to worry about hair or wet, muddy feet ruining the interior. I originally thought installation would be a pain because of the multiple stabilizing straps but was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take any time at all. It's also tri-fold which has come in handy when there is an extra passenger...dog has stable riding surface and passenger is comfortable. This is great for those who love taking their best friends with them....

march 2017 update - durability issue
Updated March 2017: We have had this for less than a year and the center panel tore loose from the webbing. I contacted the manufacturer and got no response. I repaired the tear with lots of duct tape and it still works but the durability leaves something to be desired.Installed in our 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Because of the battery vents for the hybrid we were unable to use the large foam blocks to bridge the gap between the seats. This item works great for our 100 pound Labradoodle. It is essential that you secure it on both front and back by using the tie points and straps. Our dog has no problem on it and is secure enough that he will lay on it to sleep. Great purchase.

Unusable 2014 Ford Focus + 70 pound collie
Fit is okay width wise and depth for Ford Focus but the dog slides around way too much to be safe. Even w blankets/bedding down. The gaps also are a bit unnerving regarding stuck paws. Had it anchored properly w straps around front seat brackets, still too much movement.

Bushwhacker for the WIN! Strong and confortable.
This is the second on this style we have bought. We got the Kurgo first and worked great until I put my body weight on it and tried to sleep with a 100lbs lab in the back seat with it.The bushwhacker is already more robust - better built and much nicer. It all depends on what you want. We want a strong platform to increase the space for our 2 dogs in the back of a chevy silverado 4 door. this does it great! It also has a big blocker for where the center console is. Our dogs are really harry and we have to work to keep the feet of the smaller on off the console. this is larger so it blocks better. The hard part of the bushwhacker are hard but with a soft cushion on them. I like that this has velco so if they do break we can replace them.i really like how it has two loops to connect it to soemthing to keep it from sliding forward. that was a big issue i had with the Kurgo. I slam the brakes on and the dogs and Kurgo go into the floorboards. I would like a bit more built into keeping it connected to the back of the seat (of the back bench not the front seat) but at least they are trying.
