The best cheese storage item every!
I've tried numerous bags, wraps, and cheese keepers. These may cost a little more, but they are absolutely worth every penny. The bags are easy to use, easy to label, and cheese can breathe and stays fresh so much longer than any other method, bag or wrap. I have even given them as a hostess gift, and people love them. The French know how to store cheese, and I won't use anything else.

They work!
These bags, and also the sheets, work really well, keeping the pieces of cheese in excellent condition for far longer than plastic bags or waxed paper. If I store the same cheese, I can reuse some bags. Of course the bags used for the softest cheeses are useful only once. We love cheese, but there are only two of us, so it takes quite some time to go through a chunk.

I have used these bags for several years. They are great at keeping hard cheeses like cheddar and parm fresh and mold-free. Highly recommend.

It's a great buy if you regularly buy good quality cheese and craving your head in how to store it without losing your precious cheese to mold and mildew, even inside the cooler. The quality of these bags are excellent. I would say this is an essential buy and a must-have esp for your camembert, brie and even iberico.
