For the price this is a great little phone. The screen size is good and big, the battery size is very generous, i expected it to be slow for the price but it is smooth and responsive. Camera is ok, nothing great but good for most uses.The screen glass is not gorilla glass or other toughened glass so be sure to also get a good case to protect the phone, but would recommend as a good budget phone.

My A55 has been an excellent piece if kit. The display is crisp and sound quality is excellent.Battery life is longer than expected.I have not used face recognition or the fingerprint reader yet but my colleague who also has an A55 is very impressed with the phone's performance.The after sales service I have received from Blackview has been without a doubt, the best and most efficient in all my years of owning a mobile phone.

Phone crashed after inputting a PIN. Once I restarted it, the phone wouldn't recognise my pin or any pin and I had to factory reset it. Once this was done it seemed to work for an hour and now won't turn on. Tried everything online to try to fix but completely unresponsive, Blackview don't seem to have a help page for the a55 model so I can ask directly. No damage whatsoever to it but it still somehow broke.

Had the phone in charge for 2 days and it closes within seconds because there is no power. Contacted seller for refund and eventually given full refund. Amazon only allowed a very short window for returning this and the problem arose after. Have previously had good products from Blackview.

Not the fastest phone, but does the job. Battery lasts an unreal length of time, I use it without a sim so not connected to a network but I reckon I charge it about once a fortnight and it is always on and connected to wifi.

Lack of Storage memory and often loses connection with TF/SD card have to keep taking the back off to re-insert SanDisk Card. It's Ok for a budget Android phone. But drops well short of being Great !!

The phone it’s looking very nice comes with the case protection including,the face recognition it’s not good only if you are outside or in very good light place ,battery it’s worst even if you don’t used the phone still the battery will finish in one and half day which is not good,if you used the phone will last only 9 hours, the android system it’s very very slow as well,using only for phone calls and messages and time to time navigating on website it’s ok.
