Never using a hotel gift shop pillow again - you know the ones that stick out in the back and you can never quite get comfy. Slept soundly on 8 hour flight - didn’t matter what seat or what way head was leaning this was soooo comfy. Have never been able to sleep on plane before this pillow. Buying as gifts for rest of family. - they are that good! The travel bag is a game changer - easily folds into bag (way smaller than other travel pillows) keeps the pillow clean and has handy button strap to secure to luggage, carry on, etc.

I was searching specifically for a pillow that would support my chin, keeping it from trying to rest on my chest while reading, watching TV, browsing on phone, or napping. And keep my shoulders from scrunching. This fit the bill! It keeps my neck aligned, promotes the curvature of my neck, and provides amazing pain relief!! I would recommend it to anybody!! It comes in various sizes to fit anyone. It is soft and comfortable. When I removed it from the packaging it seemed very velvety, which may be a plus for some people, but I have a strong aversion to velvet. I almost sent it back. After a few moments however, I realized it isn't actually velvet & I can tolerate it. I am so glad!! I used it in the car and I the living room watching TV with no issues, and great relief. I tried to use it in the bed, with success for a while, but then I became very hot & sweaty so I had to remove it. I am a very hot sleeper. I would love if the creators could make a cooling cover or a cooling version of this. It is way more expensive than I feel like it needs to be. For the relief it provides, I would buy it again. I plan to buy a few more!

Took this on multiple international trips that were 17+ hours long . It was a game changer . Kept my neck from being completely sore . Its firmness and shape was perfect and it did not get hot despite our flights being warm . The case made it easy to pack and carry along with our other items . The material is nice .

The neck brace pillow is just that. Perfect for whatever sleep position you choose when traveling and good support around your house if you have neck pain..

It’s very soft. It chokes me if I make it tight, so I’m going to try it looser. I like that the back of the neck part is cut down so my head isn’t pressed forward. I’m not going on a trip for two months. If I hate it, I’ll come back and change my review, but for now I predict it will be great!

This pillow is for my wife. She loves it. The back of the neck area was slim and she commented that this has always been an issue with neck pillows- i.e. the back of the neck is TOO FULL of foam and is therefore not comfortable when on a plane. I purchased the style that seemed the thinnest in that area and she is very happy. I purchased size large for her. She also commented that she loves the side support (of the head) you get with this model of neck pillow.

I never sleep on planes because I can’t never get my neck in a comfortable spot. I did a lot of research on pillows that provide support for those who prefer to sleep with their head tilted to the side. I thought this was going to be a winner and it didn’t “mold” to the side of my head as I thought it would. I did not get high enough pillow support where I was comfortable enough to sleep. When I would adjust the pillow to pull up the side a little higher, it cut at my throat just as the other reviews complained about. It is very soft and I like how they have the “no back” option for behind the neck. I enjoyed that, but overall I did not sleep on the plane as I hoped this pillow would give me the next support for a side sleeper.

Overpriced and seam ripped apart during first use. Returned.
