Successful at eliminating MY snoring
The first bruxism mouthpiece I used was easily adjustable. This one seems to be just as effective in reducing my snoring. My wife approves.

Does the job!
I've bought alot of items through Amazon but this is my first time ever leaving a review. My snoring had gotten really bad. The wife recorded me a number of times and would swear she recorded a bear. She was so frustrated that she decided that in order to get any slepp, she was going to go to the other room. I tried the chin strap with no success. So thought I'd try the mouthpiece. I ordered this one because of the price. Here is a multi-night recap:1st night:I had downloaded an app to monitor my snoring. I stayed up extra late to ensure I'd be really tired. My "best" snoring occurs when I'm really tired. With that, and taking 8 mins to fall aslepp (according to the app), my mouthpiece was put to use. The app recorded snoring which was in the "mild" category and had not occured until 5 hours into my sleep and only happened for 2 mins then was gone. No more snoring for the rest of the night. On a scale of 1-10, my snoring had to be about a 3. My teeth are sore in the morning but not too bad. Soreness gone in a couple hours.2nd night:Sleep app shows about 1 min of snoring but I'm not sure if that's me or the cat since he sleeps next to my head where I placed the phone with the snoring app. I will have to move the phone to the other side. I did notice that a few times during the night waking and having to move my lower jaw/bottom teeth into the grooves of the mouthpiece. I think when I relax during sleep, my jaw would go back to it's natural position. I recall waking and doing that 3 times. My teeth are a bit more sore than yesterday and I have the odd sensation that my teeth aren't matching up this morning. It's the front teeth that are the most sore and today the sides of my jaw muscles hurt.3rd night:A lot more snoring but nothing that bothered the wife, which the most important thing. Teeth are still sore after 3 nights, especially the front ones.4th night:I didn't wear the mouthpiece just to compare and my snoring is SO MUCH WORSE AND LOUDER. So this product quiets my snoring to acceptable levels for the wife. The mouthpiece seems to be losing it's shape. I feel like my teeth/lower jaw is sliding around more and via the recordings, I am snoring more. But it's still ok. Will update if anything changes.I will continue to use this since it has lessen the snoring.Tl;drgood price, did the job, quieter snoring, sre teeth in the morning, will continue to use. Sleeping wife, she doesn't smother me with a pillow.

I think I could or should work
I have a small snoring problem according to my wife... This mouthpiece is designed to place your lower jaw slightly outward which opens your breathing passageway as it pulls tongue & tissue away from extreme back of throat thereby opening your throat. HERE'S THE ONLY PROBLEM: When you are forming it (heating it first) it is sort of difficult to (just after it is pulled out of the hot water) place it in your mouth and bite down as if you bite on the channel walls too much you will perminently ruin it as you need a sort of "seal" so it can vacuum stick to your teeth/gums and your teeth stay closed...Otherwise it's wasted.. That's what happened to me and though I tried repeatedly to re-heat and re-form it I had ruined it beyond it being functional again.. SO I WANT TO TRY IT AGAIN BECAUSE IT SHOULD WORK but I do think the price is a bit high to have wasted one... So if you think you want one just quickly make sure your teeth are 'inside' the channels before you bite down so as not to smash the channel walls rendering it useless.. It can be done I think that's why I'm giving this detailed advice..The last thing is just getting used to waring it which I'm sure is a bit of getting used to but oh well.. it's the nature of the beast I guess..

Works for me! Felt like a new man after 3 nights with this.
The packaging came without issue, the instructions were very clear and strait forward, I was worried about putting the mouthpiece in my mouth after submersing it in very hot water, but I just shook it off a couple of times, and did not have any problems. I followed the instructions, and wore it around the house for about an hour just to try to get used to it, it seemed a lot more comfortable than I expected it to be. I've tried the anti snoring device that suction cups to your tongue, and found it just wasn't for me. The first night I slept with the Serenity mouthpiece, I took it off around 4am (not really sure I just know I woke up at 7am without it on). I excitedly asked my wife if I snored, and she said she didn't think so. The next night was the same thing, except my wife woke me up to tell me I was snoring, and to please put the mouthpiece back in! It works for me! After the third night, I felt more rested than I have in months and I kept it in the entire night. The only complaint I have is that I am on day 7, and I have 1 crooked tooth on my bottom teeth, and it was sore for about an hour this morning. I'm not sure if this will continue to be a problem, or was caused by my sleeping position, time will tell. 4 Stars for the teeth soreness, I really wish there was a 4.5 stars. 5 stars for being affordable, coming with a case, easy to use and being "custom" molded to my mouth and 6 stars for it actually working!

Early days - still snoring but not so bad. Sleep much improved
Worked well the first night but nowI am told that I am snoring again, although not as loudly as before.I guess the device takes a bit of getting used to and needs tweaking. However fine to sleep with in and the quality of my sleep had improved considerably.

No more Snoring!
I am so pleased with this product and have been using it for about a month now. I purchased this mouth guard as I am a heavy snorer and have tried all the other over the counter products that never worked. On the first night of trying it, I was told that I didn't snore once; so amazed that it worked. It is very comfortable to wear and the size seems appropriate for me. After leaving in boiling water to soften, be careful as it becomes very delicate! It does say that they are meant to last up to 3 months, however mine has seen better days and so will need to purchase another one.

Perfect product
I've spent hundreds of pounds on anti- snore mouth guards in the past, but overall prefer this product. Very easy to use, exceptional value for money. This is the second time I have purchased.
