Honeywell lyric thermostat
I had it installed professionally once I received it and this thermostat honey lyric did not work and it was identical to my old one so I got the correct one but it would not let me manually set it up and it did not connect to my Wi-Fi. This one was defective.

Have patience during setup.
Extremely difficult to connect to WiFi and Setup. Connection is consistently lost between the app and Thermostat during initial setup. Had some wiring issues where AC was blowing heat and later found online since I was using a Heat Pump the White wire should now be connected to AUX. Once setup product works well with app and easily connected to Alexa. Installation time was around 5-10 minutes. Setup time was 2.5 hours due to consistent app crashes.

This Thermostat is easy to use and energy efficient. Regulates your house temperature, keeping it warm or cool at the touch of your hand!

They don't last long, and there really is no warren - except Amazon 60 day return policy
Worked OK for a 70 days, then stopped. I called for Amazon, they don't support warranty over 60 days, they told me to call manufacturer. I called Honeywell, who outsources support to Resideo. They don't do warranty support, only troubleshooting.. After 60 days your out of luck $150 down the drain

Not what I expected. Not impressed at all. I got a used thermostat when I expected a new one. Very difficult to understand and use

Getting it set up is a little complicated if you don’t know all about your system. The problem I am still having with mine is it continually runs my air conditioning fan and I have asked not to do that and it’s doing it anyway
