Let me start by saying I do not write many reviews regarding the products I purchase on Amazon (although I should do it more).I also have no affiliation with Kiss My Keto.My wife and I subscribe to a LCHF lifestyle as well as intermittent fasting.We have always been intrigued in biohacking and ways to supplement our diets to enhance performance.I have tried many different exo ketones on the market (from Pruvit to Zhou Pharmaceuticals and beyond). Overall the taste is pleasant for me...so I can't complain about that. However, some had a bit of an aftertaste...and/or gave me quite a case of diarrhea.I decided to try Kiss My Keto brand because I've been using their C8 MCT Oil (love the pump mechanism!) and my wife and I have been very pleased with the price point and quality.Initially I was intrigued with this Exo Ketone product for three reasons:1. I love Pink Lemonade :) I mean who doesn't ;)2. Positive experience with this brand in the past3. 30 servings (17g/serving) for less than 50 USD dollars...and the option to split the serving and get a full 60 days worth!I received my tub yesterday and started with 8.5 g mixed in 12 oz cold water in a shaker cup.So freakin tasty and refreshing!!Used a Keto urine strip and BAM! In ketosis after 10 minutes!Today's workout was Upper Fix Extreme (21 Day Fix Extreme Beachbody Workout) and wow!! Like a sudden jolt of consistent energy!I'm used to drinking Beachbody Performance Energize preworkout 30 minutes before exercise...it's been hard to find a good substitute...I think I found a product to safely add to my regimen!In conclusion, I love this product. Great product I absolutely love it!! I lost 13 pounds in my first 2 weeks!!! I was really disappointed when I went back to order more it was no longer available. I tried surfing the web for some but to no avail!! So unfortunately I had to switch products. I would have loved to stay on your product and I hope it comes available real soon!!!

Let me start off by saying its true what everyone else is saying, this tastes absolutely dreadful. Theres a HINT of pink lemonade, but overall just a powerful sour/bitter taste, I can't even really describe it. That being said, I do not buy supplements for their taste, even though that is an added benefit. I buy them for what they are supposed to do, and I think this product fulfills its purpose. When I take this I do feel like I am put into a state of ketosis. I do not measure acetones or BHB levels, but I can tell by how I feel. When I am in ketosis I have such a pure mental clarity, appetite/craving suppression, and also more endurance during workouts. This is the best supplement for ketosis I could find for this price point. It is potent, has a reasonable amount of servings (30 servings, compared to others who will only give you 15 servings for the same price), and simply works. To get over the taste I mix this with crystal light packets to help with the bitter taste and it makes it much more manageable. Would definitely recommend!

I have not been able to finish this product. I have the hardest time drinking it, I do not detect any pink lemonade flavor at all. Secondly I do not feel that it mixes well. I always have floaties and it does not matter how long and how much i shake this drink. I was trying this as a less expensive alternative to Keto OS by Pruvit. However i prefer the taste of the other product even though it is more expensive. I also feel the other product gives better energy and focus. Bottom line is i did not see much difference other than an upset stomach and horrible taste in my mouth. It tastes horrible. I would not recommend this product and I am only giving 2 stars because they had excellent customer service.

Not bad! A bit of a salty after taste but otherwise pretty good and easy to shake or mix with water. It is helpful (for me) as a "Snack" in between meals after I have had carbs. I did notice as someone else on the review mentioned that the label on the container was a bit off. But I had a scoop!! I had to dig for it at the bottom but I didn't have the same lack of scoop experience others have had. Will likely repurchase.

I am a model and fitness enthusiast who has been following the ketogenic diet for a few months. This supplement exceeded my expectations! I mix 1 scoop with 16 oz of water in a shaker cup every morning and drink it to fuel my fasted cardio workout. I have noticed a big difference in fat loss and ab definition since using this product. I also use their MCT oil softgels. They work and are worth the cost if you can afford them! Especially if you are doing the cyclical ketogenic diet or are human like me and sometimes say eff it and eat some pizza!

I bought these because they are the cheapest ketones I found with pretty much the same ingredients as the expensive stuff. I take either 1 or 2 scoops per day with 32 oz of water.. I don't understand the negative reviews based on taste as it tastes exactly like what I expected the pink lemonade flavor to taste like. I'm thinking these people don't like pink lemonade flavor in general? Lol, so if you like pink lemonade, you should like this. I stick to a keto diet, so should have a good amount of ketones already, I just use this to help up them (in theory), and because I'm a sucker for supplements. My weight has steadily and slowly gone down while taking these two weeks ago although I do workout 5x/week, stick to a keto diet, and was losing weight before, so it's a bit hard to tell exactly what these are doing for me specifically. I don't think they're hurting though and for $50 and 30-60 servings (depending on whether you have 1 or 2 scoops), it's definitely worth a try!

Taste isn't neither as good nor as bad as reviews made it out to be. (I was envisioning horrible; it's not.) It's way too sweet for me, but I add RealLemon (or real lemon, when I have some) juice to muffle the sweetness. Haven't noticed any effects yet; but haven't taken it in a week (been sick with a cold).

Great product and very reasonably priced!
