Well crafted case. Player fits snugly inside the casing. It does the job it's supposed to do

The sound quality is good but it doesn't have continuous sound play for all music files so there's a horrible break/pause between tracks that should play seemlessly . Also, the interface is embarrassingly slow for a product of this price range and supposed technology! The worst part is this player is not perfectly sync with the sound so you don't actually hear a song begin until about a half second after it's already started playing. It ALSO stops the sound about a half second before the song completely ends. For a $200, "top-notch" brand MP3 player, this is unacceptable. Cheaper players function better than this! I wish I would've returned it before the return period expired. I wish I would've purchased a Cowon! Had a better experience with that brand. Very disappointed.

Well made, sleek lines and lightweight.

This is a very form fitting leather case which fits the Astell & Kern AK Jr. tightly. Since the Astell & Kern AK Jr. has very sharp corners, a case is a necessity. This case made the music player easier to handle. However, this case does not offer much drop protection as it is not padded. It is beautifully made and all the cut outs are in the correct positions to operate the controls. This case is like a leather skin that covers the music player. The music player feels much better with this case on and is not as slippery. I like it.One word of caution is that since this case is very snug fitting, make sure the SD card works and play with the music player before slipping the case on. Once the case is on, it would not be easy to slip the case out.
