Q: Is there anyway to put sound to this. trying to run on an xbox and it has no USB ports to plug speakers into

No there is not any sound on this monitor. I used this for a pc install and had to use some computer speaker from The audio out. For gaming honestly I would Look to match the gd of the Xbox to maximize your frame rates. Then pick a monitor that does have built In sound.

Q: Can you disable blue light mode? It looks really dim with my glasses that already has a blue tint to reduce eye strain like this monitor

Regarding blue light and colour generally, you have the following options: Warm, Neutral, Cool, Low Blue Light, Night, Reading, Custom RGB. I have not tried them all but Neutral is definitely warmer than my Dell laptop screen sat next to it. I hope this helps and very best of luck. Beware of the inaccurate description though. This is 60hz screen NOT 75hz. I was not happy but its good enough for the money.
