I would get the pills. The taste is terrible! Almost unbearable.

If you’re looking to do something good for your health this is a great product, just don’t expect it to taste like ice cream. It tastes like dirt but it works, so I mix it in some water and down the hatch. If you can’t handle something that doesn’t taste good then get some capsules and load them yourself or buy Brahmi already in capsules. I use this as part of the Prime diet, along with Ashwagandha and together they are great tonic for the nervous system. Highly recommended.

I mix it with Shikakai and honey to create a paste and apply it to my hair and scalp. I read all these reviews that people eat it and get sick and can hardly believe it! I use the paste on my hair instead of commercial shampoo daily.

Warning, causes severe nausea and diarrhea & I couldn't stomach this stuff down without vomiting prefusely but other than that it could help anxiety and sleep issues if you could keep it down without puking it back up

I drink this in my smoothies AND i use it as a leave-in conditioner for my 4c hair. It works very well. I have been having very vivid recall of all my dreams since taking this pretty much daily. I also get distracted a lot when doing work, but I have been able to focus a lot more, but that could just be me saying this works. Also, my hair has significantly grown since I have been using this. My hair is thicker, softer, and I am finally gaining some inches! I have no split ends and my hair is just thriving. I use this as a leave-in conditioner once a month and I use it in my smoothies daily.

The product and services was great. This review is about the product itself and not the product provider although I would like to mention they shipped it very quickly. Product taste horrible. I put a lot of things in my coffee from time to time, such as lions mane turkey tail several other different types of mushrooms including Shilajit, this time it was almost on drinkable. I’m gonna consider using it in a capsule form the taste is extremely bitter and bad.

I take it every morning in my smoothie and my hair doesn't fall out anymore. There are a lot of benefits but the hair thing is my favorite!!

It tastes awful. The bitterness lingers in your mouth. I have taken it twice. The first time I got violently ill but I took it with other herbs over a short period of time, so I decided to test it. I put it on my breakfast and took a bite and it nearly gagged me. I decided to take my time after a couple more bites. After maybe 1/4 tsp went down my throat, my stomach started to act up and I gradually realized I was getting a headache. On several websites, it warns that Bramhi should not be taken if you are on thyroid medication. I take thyroid medication so I am assuming this is why I got sick. I guess I will find a recipe to use it on my hair. I'm disappointed that the company did not mention that people on thyroid meds should not take this herb. It does say to check with doctor. I have noticed that supplements do not mention side affects, just a warning and this is just plain wrong. Lookup everything before you buy...I learned my lesson!
