Great Keeping Cases/Toolboxes Secure!
Good locks that are easy to use and look good too. Bought them for a toolbox and they fit perfectly because the shackle is 1/4" thick. If you're looking for something to use for luggage, this won't work because the shackle is too big for luggage zippers.

Perfect Locks For Equipment/Gun Cases
Whether you’re passing through TSA or you just need to lock your equipment cases for general security, these 4-digit combination locks by Master feature longer shackles to fit thicker cases like Pelican and others made of thick polymer. These locks are larger than the typical TSA luggage locks but still have a slim profile so they don’t stick out like an ordinary padlock would or add excessive weight.

Somewhat of a monster
Very sturdy, strong, TSA available, LARGE, & a bit heavy. I will use them (if they fit in my luggage zipper hole) but will opt for a smaller luggage lock next time. It is slightly over 4 in. and weighs 4.2 oz. When it comes to luggage locks it is a monster. One (?) star subtracted because of size and weight.

Sturdy, easy to use and right size for my Toughbuilt rolling toolbox
Worked perfectly for checking my Toughbuilt toolbox through two 2-hop flights. Apparently TSA opened and inspected my tools then relocked the toolbox with no problems. Only 3 stars for TSA - nothing missing or broken, but little care for the tools they threw back in the toolbox. Back to the locks - they were sturdy, easy to use, easy to set the combination, and a perfect fit for the toolbox.

The locks are tsa approved. They fit my pelican v525 and are easy to operate if you follow the enclosed instructions

Like Most TSA Locks, Mostly Security Theater - But Right-Sized for Pelican Cases and the Like
These TSA locks don't really lock in the sense that you expect a padlock to lock. The hasp doesn't even go into the body of the lock. But, TSA locks are mostly security theater anyway, designed to keep honest folks honest and dissuade the casual thief looking for a very easy mark. As long as you understand that, these are great for use on Pelican cases and similar. The long hasp allows them to work easily on the thicker flanges and they are less flimsy than wire cable style TSA locks that too often get trashed in use.
