Super cute, works great and no directions are needed if u know how to plug something into a USB port. It does not come with a cord but I was able to use an old phone cord. I get compliments daily. It's not obnoxiously tall, which gives u so many options for placement. The phone stand is very very shallow and won't work with my phones but I myself am ok with it . I do think it wouldnt survive a fall though.
