Oscar Blandi Jasmine Smoothing Conditioner, 8.45 Fl Oz

The scent of this conditioner is amazing, when you apply it in the shower. However, once you've rinsed your hair and styled it there is no lingering scent, which is a shame.The conditioner is rich and emollient, and smoothed my processed hair enough, but wasn't amazing, considering the price. The best thing is the scent.

I tried this over the weekend for the first time. I had used some of Oscar's products and loved the smell and shine, so I thought I'd try the conditioner and see if it helped tame my mane. I have to say, before I used this product I had to put in a ton of product to control the frizz and still sometimes it would look crunchy or greasy. The only thing I used this time around was this conditioner (left on for aprox 10 mins while I showered) and towel dried. Then I put in some of Oscar's jasmine oil syrum. After that, I sprayed in some Marc Anthony beach waves spray and crunched my hair a little and walked away. That's it and I have amazing hair today. I have used other products with the beach waves spray, and while that works great, it needs something anti-frizz to go along with it (at least for those of us with frizzy, wavy hair). I will definitely keep buying this. Also, my hair smells incredible. I have a pretty sensitive nose and get headaches easy from perfumes and the conditioner doesn't bother me and I get compliments on my hair and the smell.

I've also reviewed the shampoo companion to this conditioner...and I hated the way it smells. But I will say that the conditioner is a much more toned down version of the fake Jasmine smell, so that is good. The product does what it says it will do. My hair is smoother and it feels silkier. So I only took away one star for the bad use of the Jasmine fragrance that is somewhat pain straight in the eyeball headache causing...but dissipates. The conditioner is very light and does its smoothing job without weighing down my very fine and frizzy prone curly hair. And as I said in the review of the shampoo, if it does the job, I'll use it until it is gone. But hey, if you like really fragranced products and you have fine and frizzy hair, I say go for it. The serum is great too!

It smells delicious at first and makes my hair feel silky smooth. The only thing that I don't like about it is that after a few hours the jasmine smell fades and is left with a chalky smell.

I found this to be too heavy and greasy for my hair. Not sure if it's the product or that my hair has changed. I've used it many times before but this time it was different. Smells nice though.
