Exactly what my Aunt needed

I bought then product despite the reviews saying it arrived broken because I loved the design so much. My mistake because it arrived completely broken and the box was also opened. I'm really bummed, it was such a cute design

Absolutely love this mug, it's adorable. Knocking off a star only because I had to return the first ine I got since it got broken in transit as it wasn't packaged properly. It wasn't packaged properly the second time either, but I got lucky.

Absolutely adorable design but very poorly packaged for delivery - wrapped in bubble-wrap and placed in padded envelope ... arrived shattered. So disappointed!
