These were party favors for 4-5 year olds. They are not high quality, just simple little stuffed turtles with a chain attached. I was surprised when I received them in a thin envelope, they were vacuum-sealed in plastic so I had to fluff them up a bit. The flippers/legs are just thin felt and some of them were a little off centered but the kids did not notice or care, they loved them!
