what country they made

Mine show they are made in Vietnam but per Whal standards .

I need metric from 2.0 to 10.0 can not find?

Normally those set come up to 8 mm

are these made for impact drivers?

The manufacturer's site does not say that they are suitable for use in impact tools. Also, the smallest bits in this set are 1/16" and 5/64" - it's hard to imagine that anyone makes impact bits that small.
