BETTER WITH USE
Some chairs, when you have it for a few weeks, they feel great, but down the road not so comfortable. The i00 chair just the opposite. When I first got the chair, it was just okay, but now three months later it seems much more comfortable after many adjustments, and good for my sciatica condition. The chair has a pronounced lumbar support, and the mesh seat is more comfortable than the STEELCASE LEAP chair I've had for ten months. It is easy to assemble, and seems very well made and solid. It turns out a good choice.

A good chair with a poor armrest design.
With the head rest, this is a comfortable chair at its core. The seat, back, and neck are all comfortably supported.The problem is the arm rests. There appears to be no way to lock them, and the width adjustment in particular is feather light with absolutely nothing holding any particular position in place. The slightest pressure on the armrests causes them to slide all the way out, which is going to be too wide for most users of the chair.Overall, if you plan on using the arm rests I cannot recommend this chair.

I Found My Office Chair - Rejoice!
I came across this chair in a local small town office supply store. I was tired of all the typical office chairs for any number of reasons. While pricey, I decided it was quite special and bought it. I immediately loved it. I like quality products and this has it. The lumbar support feels great. I am amazed how smoothly it rotates almost seeming frictionless.The controls took a few minutes to figure out but it is very nice not having all those other chair levers to play with. Most office chairs have backs that want to push me forward, or take muscles to keep pushing against the back. This one has easy controls to adjust, well, everything.I now roll it into the tv room to use as my favorite tv chair. It is my recliner! I put my feel onto a hassock and it is very comfortable. I am waiting for the headrest to make it even nicer.The chair is 69 pounds, more than one would think, but then there is a lot of cast aluminum parts (not chrome plastic junk).This is a quality chair for those who want a top-notch product.
