Malheureusement j’ai reçu un qui avait été ouvert et il était défectueux. Je l’ai retourné.Mais connaissant le produit, je le recommande car parfait pour grill intérieur

Excellent quality
Must have large counter space or move to another area to use. I place in corner and pull forward for use. Works well for me as I have limited counter height (11 1/2 in). Grills well with little to no smoke. instruction are well written and easy to understand. The glass lid comes off for easy cleaning.I have search for this oven combo for months and I think I chose a great one for my needs. It was also a good value based on others I looked at. I love the top loading feature. It’s so convenient. I can see how my food is cooking.If I had a manufacturers recommendation it would be to equip with a way to remove grill/basket when hot. Handles are convenient but must wait until it cools to remove.It looks so nice in the space. I must give the best rating overall due to my large counter space, cabinet height limitations and top loading feature.

Lasted 10 months.
Nice product. However lasted 10 months. I purchased this on Amazon, and this product has a one year warranty, but Gourmia would not honor it, telling me that I purchased it from a non authorized dealer. Go figure. Will not bother to purchase another one.

Bad advertisement; smoke your house up. Won’t buy
Item advertised as smokeless but it will smoke out your whole house. No matter what you use it for air fry or the grill option it will be covered in smoke and your whole house will be filled with THICK smoke that takes hours for it to cleared out.It is extremely hard to clean and a lot of pieces to clean that you can never fully have it truly clean from the grease.I would HIGHLY recommend to STAY AWAY from this product. Had to return it after only 2 used since the smoke is unbearable
