Surprisingly good.
I usually hate gluten free everything, but buy it for a family member because of their issues. I tried making a gluten free stuffing from scratch over the holidays as I read a five star review fro the recipe online and I figured it must be good. Not only did it take over an hour to make, I found it to be very bland. I took a chance on Aleia's dressing and crossed my fingers. Not only was it a LOT better than the home made recipe, it was a heck of a lot easier to make. Chopped vegetables, a little saute, put in a casserole dish and cook. Very nice! It wasn't dry at all, but next time I might add a bit more broth for an even smoother texture. Good price, especially when considering the time cost of making this from scratch. I cooked this outside the bird, but I will try inside the bird next time, because that might add even more flavor. I would eat this whether or not I had gluten issues. Very happy to have this.

Great gluten free stuffing
Seasoning is in a packet, you can use your own if there is something in it you can't have. I used my own due to allergy of some of the spices in the packet and it turned out delicious and was quick and easy to make.
