Great travel stand, easy to stow, large and stable when in use
The media could not be loaded. Based on other reviews I bought this to complement the Elago M2 Stand that I use at home or the office. I wanted something that packed easily with the phone, if possible, but wasn't a flimsy 'sort of works' solution at cafes, restaurants, or hotel. The tiny folding Elago portable stand I tried out just requires too much care to set a smartphone on in landscape fashion; it makes a nice key fob, though. This design, "by J. Y. Kim," is superb. It packs up flat, takes up no more room than the phone's profile, comes with a storage bag. Assembled, it's stable and easy to just put a phone onto and look at. Great angle for video chatting (portrait or landscape) using the front-facing camera of my HTC Android phone. My phone's charging port isn't centered on the bottom like Apple's phones, so during my video I demonstrate with a 160GB iPod Classic. (Ignore my flub, this stand won't work with an iPad, I mean "iPod.")Another review mentioned the back piece's rubber strip coming unglued over time. I think I have an answer to keep that strip from coming loose. See my video for a demonstration. [REMOVED. SEE BELOW]One note, this stand's "support arms" don't have a hook like the Elago M2, so your phone isn't "locked into" it. The mobile device simply sits on it. If you don't stab at the screen too hard, or jostle the table too much, the whole thing is pretty stable. If this video review was helpful, please click the "Yes" button, as well as those for other reviews you see here. Thanks!UPDATE:The little rubber strip on the backstop has started peeling up in a couple spots, though I've been careful with the stand and store it in covers. The strip re-sticks when I apply pressure.

It's not bad...really for viewing purposes only
And, maybe that's where I went wrong...thinking I could do more with this stand than "view" only. I place it on my desk so I have a good view of incoming mail, texts, etc. I was hoping to be able to have it remain on the stand while I could manipulate it (press home button on iPhone, text, etc), but it's really just too lightweight and improperly designed for that. It wasn't until after I had purchased the Rabbit that I realized I already had a much better solution in my possession which would allow for not only viewing at any angle in portrait or landscape mode, but manipulation as well. It's the iOttie HLCRIO102 One Touch Windshield Dashboard Universal Car Mount Holder for iPhone 4S/5/5S/5C. I had purchased this some time ago to utilize my iPhone for GPS purposes, only to be a bit disapointed in it's application (the phone) for such use. So, I resurrected the iOttie for use on my desk and could not be happier with it's performance. It's highly rigid and maneuverable...exactly what I was looking for. Of course, you're mileage may vary depending on your expectations and use for this product. iOttie HLCRIO102 One Touch Windshield Dashboard Universal Car Mount Holder for iPhone 4S/5/5S/5C, Galaxy S4/S3/S2, HTC One - Retail Packaging - Black

OK stand
I'm kind of disappointed with this one for two main issues, but mentioned in previous reviews.1. The rubber on the ears is very cheap, and has already started to peel off after putting the ears through the holes one time. The holes are just to tight and sharp for the sticky pads to last very long.2. The one that I got must be a newer version, as it looks different than the pictures. At some point, it looks like the company made this called, with three slots for the ears to fit through instead of just one. Most of the customer provided pictures show the older style with just one set of holes. One picture (as of this writing, shows the model with the three holes. That's the one I got, it is a really large stand, much bigger than my iPhone 7.The one thing this stand has going for it is that, amongst small, lightweight, portable iPhone stands, it's the only one I've found that will allow you to charge your iPhone while using it in portrait mode.

Exactly what I needed!
I love my Rabbit phone stand. This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a Galaxy S7 and when I'm traveling it is my alarm clock. Unfortunately, for some reason the "always on display" for the clock on the Galaxy will not rotate when you turn the phone horizontally and the phone plugs in from the bottom. So I was constantly sticking my phone in cups or mugs to keep it upright so I could read the time at night and have the phone plugged in at the same time. It was really annoying. So this little stand is perfect for my needs. It's light weight, takes up very little space, and allows me to set my phone on it vertically with it plugged in. Perfect. I've had it and used it for over 6 months now and nothing is peeling or has broken. I just bought 2 more, one for my husband and daughter. This is exactly what it says it is, a slim portable light weight stand for travel. If you are looking for something more robust to use on an every-day basis, based on some of the other reviews, this might not be the stand for you. I, however, couldn't be happier.

I'll probably buy more.
I bought this for my LG Optimus G and it's simple, clever and a nice design. Folds up flat for transport, with a plastic carrying case. I think I'll buy another to have upstairs. I would have given 5 stars, except for 2 things. It slips a little when using the touch screen and it's not quite tall enough to allow the phone to sit in portrait position with the charger connected. My workarounds seem satisfactory, so far. For the slippage, I put a little tacky putty on the bottom of the front two legs and stained it black with a Marksalot. (I don't know if teachers still use this, but I have always used it to temporarily tack something up on a board; I've had some forever, so don't know where to get it at the moment, but a hardware store or teacher supply store probably has it.)2. I put the phone in landscape position when the charger is connected.I recommend it.
