The washing machine was delivered on time butit has been more than a week and still no one came for installation and even Amazon customer service misguided... pathetic service by Amazon and Bosch support...if you are planning to by Bosch washing machine please be ready to wait long for installation...really bad experience with Amazon customer service and Bosch service

Pls dont ever go with this Bosch brand.Worst service and even the spares are not available. If lucky enough then it is way costly.Most poor cleaning ever seen by a washing machine.Purchased my 3 years back, every year had to spent atleast 3000 to 5000 for repair work. Most of the time repairs took more than 2 to 3 months. Imagine the machine is just kept in idle state for whole 3 months once it is damaged.The pulsator wheel is weekest part and needs to replaced every3 to 4 months. It is not manufactured in india i dont where it is manufactured somewhere in mars or jupiter and took 2 to 3 months to get the spare replacement.Most pathetic brand i have ever seen.Dont buy even if it is free of cost.At the you may have to end paying more than you purchased for all repair works.

We purchased Bosch Washing Machine with a lot of hope considering its a German brand but immediately after the 2-year warranty period got over, the main motor had to be replaced. Its been 3 years since we purchased the machine and have already spent Rs 10000 on two major repairs taken up within short duration. Their after sales service is pathetic. Recommend not to buy this product.
