Tudca 250mg, 30 Capsules (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) - Gluten Free, Non-GMO

This works. Two weeks after I started taking this, had blood work done again. Liver enzymes improved as did other numbers. I was a bit shocked that I had improvement in only two weeks. I'm was also taking NAC from same company. Not sure if the two together had any thing to do with it.

I recently started using this supplement and have had a positive experience so far. The dosage is straightforward and easy to follow, and the capsules, while a bit on the larger side, are still manageable to take. Ease of use overall has been good. I haven’t noticed any unpleasant odor, and there have been no negative side effects since starting. It’s still early, but everything has been smooth so far and it seems like a solid product based on my initial use. Seems effective. Energy levels have been slightly higher even though I just started taking it. But nothing to noticeable ingredients are exactly what it states on the bottle

I have had mixed opinions on the Nutricost brand in the past. Sometimes their prices seem too good to be true. TUDCA supposedly has a myriad of health benefits, mostly with liver health. I decided to give this a shot due to it being so much cheaper than other brands of TUDCA on the market. I have read that TUDCA tends to be very bitter and tastes similar to bile. I opened up a capsule and tasted the powder inside, which was quite bitter and reminded me of stomach acid. With that said, having changed nothing else in my life, I have noticed somewhat smoother digestion since I started taking 2 of these per day. I am prone to bloating after meals, and I have noticed less than normal. My bowel movements also seem to be easier to pass now. I do think starting with a small dose such as this is a good idea to see how it may affect you, but I think I will try a higher dose to see if there are any additional benefits.

Great product! I have been using Tudca for a couple years. I used this one for maybe a year, and then I went to another one with a higher dose. I used that one for a year, until I accidently bought this one recently. It was then that I discovered that this one has the bitter Tudca taste, and the other one had no taste at all. Tudca usually keeps me regular, but I had been constipated while using the other one. I am now back to being regular. Tudca is supposed to be very good for your liver. I will never change brands again.

Tudca is good for your liver and found this one was the best price out there.

I take one daily. The tablet is terrible in taste just like the real thing! So the trick is to have it by itself and a quick gulp of water chased with juice to remove the aftertaste. If I let it lie a minute in my capful of other tablets then the taste transfers a bit so don’t do that! You can Google TUDCA taste to find out more, and it definitely isn’t made from bear liver LoL though traditional Chinese medicine might have originally discovered it through bears. I am happy with the quality and didn’t face any issues like powder outside the capsules.

This is a very underrated supplement. This cleanses your liver, specially for those who have developed a fatty liver due to a very bad diet and alcohol consumption.
