Poor Quality Cable
I purchased this cable so that my laptop could be connected to my Optoma Projector for use playing games and watching movies. As soon as the cable was connected it constantly displayed a flickering picture. I disconnected it and connected it to another laptop and then to a desktop and the picture was the same. I was replacing a 6' VGA cable that worked perfectly but was not long enough to reach the computer on the table. Extremely disappointed with this product!!!

My computer on my Television
I needed a quick and simple way to connect my giant tower computer upstairs in my bedroom to my HDTV downstairs in our living room. This did the trick quick and easy. I wasn't sure if the VGA slot would handle a 1080p signal, but to my surprise it did, but only after a little tweaking. I selected the appropriate refresh rate on my computer's nvidia video card and voila.

Not durrable
I use this cable for a mobile set up that is taken down and rebuilt every week. This cable did not last long under these conditions. I am sure that if you are in a fixed location and never rolled and unrolled it it would be fine.

El cable fue todo un exito ya que necesitaba la extension para ponerlo en un exhibidor en una tienda, trabaja a la perfeccion y la calidad es por encima de muchos cable que he comprado antes.The cable was a success because it needed the extension to put on a display in a store, working to perfection and quality is above many cable that I purchased before.

Good product
This cable did the job for running a connection in my wife's classroom between her computers and the ceiling mounted projector. She uses this to project from her Surface Pro and Windows 7 laptop. No signal degradation over the 50 feet. No noise is visible in the projection.

works well for the money
This is a cheap cable. You will get what you pay for. This cable worked very well for my needs but i wouldn't put it in the attic/wall and expect it to last you for years to come.
