Game changer.
This product is wonderful. It is the perfect size for massaging the neck and traps. The quality is very high and I would recomend this for people that love foam rollers. This is a great idea because it might be strangeand impractical to carry a big foam roller around and bring it to work, or travel etc. but since this is also a water bottle, it's fine to have it anywhere. People may still think you're a freak but don't worry about them, it's just stretching.
