Game-Changer for DIY Repairs
Let me just say, I wish I had bought this wheel stud installer sooner. If you’ve ever tried installing wheel studs the old-fashioned way - with random washers and a regular nut - you know it can be a headache. This little tool makes the process so much easier and way less frustrating. The design is refreshingly simple. It’s just a solid piece of metal with a smooth bearing that lets the nut spin freely while applying pressure to seat the stud. No fancy parts or over-engineered nonsense -just a smart, functional tool that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You thread your new stud through the hub, slip this tool over it, add a lug nut, and start tightening. That’s it. No slipping, no stripped threads, no hammering.I used it to replace a few studs on my truck and was honestly surprised at how quickly the job went. The bearing inside spins smoothly, and it took very little effort to get each stud fully seated. I didn’t have to worry about damaging the threads or messing around with makeshift solutions. It’s also built solid - feels like it’ll last forever if you take care of it. Honestly, for the price, it's a steal considering how much time and aggravation it saves. If you're even halfway handy and plan on doing any wheel or hub work, this tool is absolutely worth having in your toolbox.

Wheel Stud Tool
Great quality. Works exactly as described. Will use to assist in replacing brakes in the future. Easy to use. Keeps the rotor in place for other projects.

A must for the proper way
You can use tricks with old lug nuts to get your new studs mounted, but why? This is cheap enough and is basically a lifelong part. Just buy it, put it in the back of your toolbox, and you won't regret i t. Works great.

Its better than washers
This little tool is worth every penny, it is cheap and cheaply made but worth it for the money. This tool will leave an indentation on the hub as it spins against it however it is barely noticeable. It made the difficulty of my wheel stud install go from a 6/10 to a 4/10. Its not a fun job to do but this tool makes it just that much more bearable

Bearing is defective and will damage your wheel hub
Bearing on bottom doesn't spin and damaged the wheel hub. Tool damaged in the process. CHEAP!I thought the bearing was just tough. Nope..... Didn't move at all, and damaged my breand new wheel hub. They say the bearing isnt warrantied but it should at least work at first!

works as designed
Used to replace a broken stud on my Scion FRS - pretty simple hammer out the broken stud, install new and tighten down with the stud installer. I used an impact wrench to install mine
