I love this powder, a rare find, wonderful to add to shakes, I wish they offered larger amounts. I will be reordering this product.

Dragon fruit is an exotic fruit with an eye-catching appearance, but the flavor is rather delicate. I was curious how that would translate to the freeze-dried form where it would, hopefully, have a more concentrated flavor. This product is pink dragon fruit that has been freeze-dried and pulverized into a powder. It comes in a resealable pouch, but inside that pouch is another pouch made of clear plastic. The powder is in that pouch. After opening, you are instructed to refrigerate and use within a week.The first thing you’ll notice is the vibrate magenta hue. The color is very appealing and would be great for desserts and drinks. I did not find my powder to be particularly clumpy, though it did have some small clumps. The flavor, while concentrated if you just eat a spoonful of it, is still delicate and would likely only impart a slight fruity quality to whatever it’s being used in. If you are, perhaps, a super taster, it might have enough oomph to liven up your yogurt or oatmeal or for making a fruity drink, but I think for a lot of people, they are going to have a hard time really picking this out unless a lot is used and there are no competing flavors. Maybe this would be good for making a candy or something like a macaron.Given how expensive this is and the likelihood that for most people, a little won’t go a long way, I have a feeling that this might be the sort of thing that people try once and maybe a few people make repeated purchases.If you are using this to make a beverage and you are concerned about clumps, you can either use a blender/stick blender or you can make your drink and store it in the fridge for a few hours to let the dragon fruit hydrate. I have some bottled drinks that are fruit juices, but it has mandarin juice in it, and I don’t like orange juice. I added some of this powder and some banana powder to the bottle and shook it up. I was getting small clumps, which I didn’t like, so I left it in the fridge. After a few hours, I shook it up again, and the clumps were gone.

Perfect thing to add to your smoothies and oatmeal. Makes them look and taste great and it’s also super healthy.

Mine is a standalone freezer and I just add cream, sugar, egg yolk, and any flavorings I wish to add. I like to add natural flavorings, such as this powder. It runs for about an hour and then I have ice cream. I like to try different things and this powder was a great idea, giving me a very nice tasting ice cream. I did try eating this by itself, other than being a bit dry, it was also quite sour but in a good way. The taste was very apricot and I liked it very much. I like this and I’m glad I got it⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Beautiful color, natural ingredients. Flavor very mild which I think is innate to the fruit. Arrived in very hard clumps so I refrigerated it for several hours, and it still would not break down. Had to blend it to bring it back to powder form. Inconvenient, but not unexpected or surprising for a food item that doesn’t have fillers, flow agents, conditioners etc. It will probably be a once off purchase for me since I purchased for making a few specialty recipes.

I love how natural this product is and that it is impressively one-ingredient, that being dehydrated Apricots. Wow❣️I tried some of this concentrated powder in my oatmeal and the flavor was pleasingly intense, satisfyingly delicious, all the way down to that memorable Apricot tartness. It does indeed taste all-natural. Nice to have this flavor option without having to chew an actual dried apricot, certainly much more convenient. I got this apricot powder to add to my morning cup of fiber for a little extra flavor and extra fruit power. I added 1 teaspoon to a cup of water with 1 teaspoon fiber powder. I had been adding a cranberry powder that stirred in very easily but I had to work quite a bit to mix in the apricot powder. The fragrance out of the bag was very lightly apricot and the taste was similarly light, but there. One nice thing I noticed was that the package was zippered BEFORE it was sealed, which means no powder got into the zipper and it was easy to close again. I don't know why other manufacturers of powdered products don't do this. If the powder gets in the zipper, it's never gonna close. I think I like my cranberry powder better but this one is ok too.
