Legit and covinient!
I didn't expect much, but this product blew my mind! Tastes very good and authentic. Super convenient. Highly recommend. Being Japanese outside of Japan, I value this product so much.

Its...okay
Its a gravy like liquid in a bag. Better have a giant glass jar and lid prepared to pour this into. Anyways theres definitely pork and chicken fat in here. It coagulates to a very thick pasty texture in my fridge. So the ingredients are as real as they come. For one normal sized ramen bowl thats 5.6 inches diameter across, 1 normal serving of real japanese ramen noodles that are tied in single serving bundles, you need about 1 soup spoonful (i just use the ceramic japanese spoons i have). So this can easily last you 30 very fatty bowls or 50 single serve bowls. So whomever says 15 bowls....how BIG is your bowl? Dear gods!!!!!Anyways continuing. Price for quantity given. Not bad.Flavour. It.....ehhhhh. okay. Its agreeable given what i paid for it. Theres just a bit....otherness to the flavour thats more shoyu than creaminess. However its probably one of the better ones on here for the price and quickness. Real ramen broths can take hours to make. And this is a quick broth flavour includer for tonkotsu taste (though not the best tonkotsu).Overall with everything combined. 4 stars.

Very good, easy to use, ♥️ no MSG. Very large
I hate writing reviews, but I'm doing so now one reason. I want to reward Kikkoman for making (delicious) a no-MSG broth base, and make sure it becomes extremely popular. Since I had a few questions myself, I will add some details: the paste is insanely easy to use. 1 tbsp per cup boiling water and you have soup. The size is enormous. This bag would make 50 or so cups of soup. I just froze the contents in silicone ice cube trays so I can use it a bit at a time.

Will buy again
I bought this during the COVID quarantine when I was craving Pork Tonkatsu Ramen and couldn't get it. It is no where near the same quality as a restaurant version. It is however still a good buy and good to use for quick ramen noodles. The only negative is that it comes in a plastic package that you then need to pour into a container or mason jar to store. I will definitely buy this again anyway.

Need statement 'Liquid'
I wish this product stated 'Liquid'. I thought it was granule. I made mistake buying it. It's too salty taste.

So tasty
Buy a container to store this in if you don’t have one already - unless you want a HUGE batch of ramen. It does not come in a resealable packet. Also cut a corner to pour.. don’t just cut the whole top off. It’s messy!!!I am weird and need like 6-10g of sodium per day. I get bored with liquid IV and salt sticks give me a gut ache, but I loooveeee ramen so I sip on this a lot. Like 3-4 cups (8oz cups not random mugs) of cooked broth per day and I still only get 1 packet per month. It’s very concentrated.

Good flavor base,easy to use
I didn't like it at first, but I think I mixed it too strong,so I re-wrote my original review because I experimented with it a little more. It is so easy & you get a lot for the price. You have to figure out the amount that tastes right to you. After collecting a few items to flavor & top it with,I have made a couple of great bowls of soup so far. I am a native Texan trying to learn to make Ramen to eat at home (lord help me!) ;) so take that into consideration.

Price went up by more than 30% in 2 months
Flavor is nice overall. I paid 33$ which is still high and not I see they bumped the price to 45. Even with inflation this doesn't make sense.
