Small and light weight. This item works. I dropped it several times and it broke each time. I replaced it with another one.

It works as described

This is a great little device and works well. Adjusting the levell of difficulty is super easy and the in and out are clearly marked so you know which one you are adjusting. I've been using it daily for a awhile and have increased the resistance to level two now. Quality of the device is good. very solid. I like the choices of two mouth pieces. easily changed out and easy to wash. This isn't a complicated device so I'm confused how people don't get it. Breathe in and out through your mouth, adjust levels by the red dials. they are marked 1-6, so start at one and work your way up. I am doing this ten minutes a day and can feel my lungs are working to compensate for the restricted access to air. I don't use it running (at this point) it's tough enough just sitting and watching the minutes tick by. At some point I might get to level six on both inhale and exhale but then again maybe not. I would rate this 5 stars and recommended.

Highly recommend for strengthening your breathing (diaphragm) muscles!(Pics: It is a bit difficult to see unless you have the actual product in your hand and can look at it up close, but the black plastic at the top of the device gadget shows "Inhale" [on one side] and "Exhale" [on the other side], and the red dials on each side have a number indicating the level of resistance from #0 to #5.)

The concept of having separate adjustment knobs for inhale and exhale is great, but the sensitivity of the adjustment knobs leaves much to be desired. The mouth piece is too small, unstable and rather uncomfortable. Not ready for prime time. Returned unit for refund.

After getting basically zero exercise over the last year due to the pandemic, this looked like something that might help build lung capacity back up (faster?) as I head back out on the bike trails and get back to the gym. It looks like something you would find on a dollar store shelf for a couple bucks. It feels like it too. What really matters though is, does it function as advertised?As you can see in the photos in the description, there is the "air blocker" and it comes with two mouthpieces. Pick the mouthpiece of your choice, turn the red dials to adjust the flow in and out of the device and start breathing in and out. It's pretty simple.If you don't breath through your nose while using this your lungs do have to work pretty hard to breath just through this thing. How hard depends on how the red dials on either end of the "air blocker" are set. This thing really needs no instructions. Just pick a mouth piece and start breathing through it. Adjust how hard you have to breathe by turning the red knobs.I can't claim that this has produced any noticeable difference over the last few days of using it but I suspect it will because I can set it so that it feels like my lungs are getting a good workout from it. The more the airflow is restricted in and out, the more the lungs have to work to push the air through.It seems like someone should be able to make these and sell them for about $5.00. Aside from it seeming like it is really expensive, it seems to work. If it does make a noticeable difference and help increase lung capacity then it's probably worth $30 or so dollars.

I used on the lowest setting and the exhale blocked up every few breaths. I am returning.

Lo compré como alternativa al Airofit. Fue recomendación en un video de natación, el entrenador dijo que mejoró un 25% su capacidad de respiración (cosa que solo el Airofit Pro puede medir por estar conectado con aplicación). Yo soy principiante de natación, al inicio apenas aguantaba dar 3 brazadas y me urgía salir por aire, llevó 3 semanas usando este entrenador (subiendo la resistencia conforme siento que ya puedo avanzar) y ahora aguanto hasta 5 brazadas para salir a respirar. Lo uso por 10 minutos y una vez al día (un día sí, un día no) y definitivamente lo recomiendo por los resultados que he visto.

I had to review this. After seeing adverts for Airofit, at the price of £275, I liked the idea, but chose this much cheaper version. I have COPD, and was recovering from a chest infection. I just couldn't shift some stubborn congestion. This amazing device, which looks unimpressive has worked wonders within days. I feel on top form again. I know that my lung capacity is compromised because of COPD, but this device is a life changer for me. Recommended highly

Waste of money, do not buy, you may as well use a toilet roll to blow through, would rate 0 star if it was possible
