This is literally the only thing that will get out red clay from my son’s white baseball pants. Tried everything else and this is the OG. Needs a bit of elbow grease and a soft bristle brush but it gets the job done.

these bars are amazing - they get stains out better than any remover i've used before. i have found they work best when you wet the stain immediately & rub the bar into the fabric then place in the wash. my clothes still feel soft. the bars are large but individually lightweight & last a long time - i have had my first bar for over a year! great price for 4 bars.

This laundry bar… I’m speechless. Not only did it get iron-rich clay baseball dirt out of my stepsons white pants, but it rejuvenated my beloved converse high tops. I bought these shoes preowned 2 years ago because I loved that they were all white with the black/white labels. They were already dirty when I bought them. Then, I got them dirtier over the 2 years I’ve had them. I never washed them. They were filthy but I loved them. You can see the progression from beginning, to wet and gross and wow you can see every single stain, to “oh no what are these uncovered yellow stains that the dirt was camouflaging, I think I ruined my favorite shoes,” to the final product after throwing them in the washer. They aren’t perfectly unstained, but I don’t want them to be… ruins the lived-in look I like. If I washed them one more time, they would be completely stain free, I know that in my heart and soul. I don’t like the scent very much, because I don’t like artificial “fresh linen” smell, but I don’t care. Why did none of the older ladies I know tell me about this? Gatekeepers... This $4 laundry bar is going to be getting a glowing recommendation to literally everyone I know and will remain in my laundry room until the day I die, and even then I’ll be leaving all the Fels-Naptha bars I own to my daughter in my will. Fels-Naptha brings blessings upon blessings.

One of the best stain removers on the market! Will lift stains on whites and colors gently, without the use of harsh chemicals. I’ve rubbed this soap on stained clothes, hand washed and rung it out, and even the toughest stains lift wonderfully. My hands don’t feel incredibly dry after washing and scrubbing the clothes, which is a big win. The fragrance is gentle and not overpowering of a “cleaner” smell. I bought the 2 pack of this stain boosting soap and it truly goes so far, I’m still working on my first bar! I like to leave this bar in the shower and will scrub down my stained clothes before the shower and wring & wash them in the shower, and it holds up just fine. I’ve also seen users use a grater and put this into their laundry - personally have done it once but the grating of the soap was a bit too much work for me, I am content with targeting stains as I see them. Even the toughest stains, like red dirt, lift away well with this!

L'odeur de ce savon à lessive rappelle celui de la lessive de mes grand-mères. Agréable. Aussi, très efficace pour nettoyer le blanc lorsque combiné avec du Borax et du soda à lessive. Dans un pot Mason de 1 litre (grande ouverture), faire tremper 1/2 barre de savon haché fin dans 1 tasse d'eau bouillante pendant 1 nuit. Ajouter 1/2 tasse de Borax et 1/2 tasse de soda à lessive, puis mettre de l'eau chaude jusqu'aux épaules du pot. Passer le tout au malaxeur (blender) pendant 2 minutes. À la fin, ça doit avoir la consistence d'une sauce ou de yaourt brassé. Si c'est trop épais, ajouter de l'eau chaude et malaxer de nouveau. On met 1 à 2 cuillères à soupe par brassée. Économique. Ça nettoie super bien.
