Love the product, but with regard to the challenge of opening the new bottle, designed to make opening it easier after childproofing it, my opening the bottle remained a problem. I did just get mine open and no way am I making a video. Sorry. But I believe that a certain alignment is required. If you take it out the box and try to open it -- and fail, as I just did about 10x -- you have turned it from its pristine state out of the box. None of this is mentioned -- and it may be coincidence. But when I stopped cursing after 15 minutes and watching videos that make it look so very simple, I turned my top about 45° and voila, it came off with ease on next try. Just sharing.

Works good. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly. However, the instructions for opening the lid is wrong, I believe that is why so many people have issues opening it. Instead of squeezing the sides of the cap, you need to push down. Hold the white part with your thumb, then push down with a moderate amount of force and twist, it should come off pretty easily.

Works great, cleared up my stuffy nose and cold symptoms almost immediately. My new go to when feeling under the weather.

one star. would give zero. you guys LITERALLY took what was working PERFECTLY... the Pinch Cap top to the sprayer and the actual spraying mechanism itself.. and BROKE IT! I mean you can't make this stuff up. you had a PERFECT pinch to open and full spray mechanism bottle... and you said. "HEY GUYS! I have only one brain cell left but need to justify my job! Here's a GREAT IDEA! Let's take our great fully functional spray bottles that have been working great for everyone, and make it so they DON'T SPRAY right AT ALL! 😮😂😠 Like AT ALL. THEY DON'T WORK. YOU had PERFECTION. But apparently you hired a complete and utter moron who had to justify their job SOMEHOW. So do you TEST your products??! I mean I'm trying to understand how something this dumb happens. Like is it a JOKE?! ARE You Pranking your own customers? Like HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?? Seriously. How. Fully functional product. reliable. works great.. and you take the spray bottle and say something like... "How can we make this thing NOT WORK ANYMORE for people?" Did you do that? Because this is ABSURD levels of FAIL. Like wow. The twist cap removal sprayer bottles DO NOT WORK. What you had before with the pinch ones.. whatever sprayer was being used there THAT WORKED FLAWLESSLY. THIS? holy moly! like not even a little. It doesn't spray enough. it doesn't spray right.. it gets stuck... the spray doesn't even go up the nasal cavity correctly anymore! I'm literally going to have to find another product now because you chose a new spray mechanism that COMPLETELY FAILS in every way imaginable. lol I mean it's just.. I have no words. like how the he * * does this happen?? Did ya hire somebody special and give them full reign on bottle design? Just wow. wow. stunning levels of dumb here guys. alright. ZERO stars. Go back to the old design bottle. I'll gladly adjust this review. but I don't see you guys doing that. so. I'm out. buh bye.
