Beta alanine is an excellent product one of the best ever created and you know it works within just a few minutes because the tingling sensation in your skin that suppresses lactic acid build-up both during workout and especially later that day into the next, making work out better but especially recovery much less painful. I tend to crush two of them to get them to work immediately and swallow one whole which dissolves usual in 9 minutes and then take another one after workout

I feel a difference
I use this on days I do Judo. The reason being is because I get up at 6 am, run and lift weights then do Judo at 9 am. When I don't use this post workout, I can feel a difference in my performance at Judo.I don't follow the instructions before it. In the past when I did take it before a workout, it helped with weight lifting. However given my time constraints I only use it post workout, before Judo. It helps greatly.

Great for workout but be warned
Great product but should come with a warning that if you take to much or don't eat beforehand you can get the tingles which is a numbing of your hands, feet, face, etc... It doesn't happen to everyone but they should have more labeled as it came out of nowhere for me the first time.

Great product
I have many pre workout supplements which I don't stand anymore, I now take Caffeine with this, it helped me doing more reps and better stamina, thought I can feel it starts to work 40 min after taking the supplement (from the tingling) not as indicated on the bottle to take it 2 hours before exercise, I think that is too long for me, will buy again for sure.

I am skeptical of almost all supplements
But this stuff WORKS. In the words of Matt Fraser "It makes it feel like I have a third lung!" My fatigue is reduced by a significant amount and muscle soreness is minimal no matter how hard I push. I take two 15 mins before workout, then two immediately after cooldown.

Convenient
Much, much easier to get 5g/day with this, than in powder form. For beta alanine to work well, you gotta administer it evenly throughout the day, and it doesn't start showing real results until a week and a half in. Run a couple of miles, remember how difficult it was, take this stuff 5 times a day every 2.5 hours everyday, then run two miles 10 days later and see how it feels. The carnosine buildup in your muscles from beta alanine makes your endurance skyrocket. It's good to cycle it though, two months on, three months off is what I've been doing.
