This was recommended by a client, I was skeptical but it worked great. Melts aways so no need for water. Pleasant flavor. Really helped with the nausea. I took a 3pm flight and landed in Frankfurt at 7am ready to go. Only periodic nausea the left quickly after the next dose.

I am amazed at how great these worked to prevent jet lag on my trip to Europe in April. I’ve traveled that same itinerary multiple times in the past, and really struggled when I arrived. Taking this is a game changer. I arrived and felt great - ready to go. I will never travel international again without these. Also, they are super easy to take, being tiny pellet size and have a mild, sweet taste like a tiny piece of candy. Another thing I love, is that the pellet container is so small and thin. It doesn’t take up any space in bag.

I travel a lot. And much of that travel consists of very long flights. I have used this product twice now on two different trips. I can certainly tell the difference. I bought to help with jet lag ref 15 hrs of flying one direction with some layovers. Longest flight leg 11 hrs. Did not get sick or have jet lag. Was tired from not being able to sleep on the plane but would not equate it to jet lag. I can’t say if it really worked or not. Definitely didn’t hurt.

I used the No-Jet-Lag by Miers last two trips to Spain and Croatia. I only dealt with Jet Lag when I got back home - I completely crashed and burned, but didn't use the bills. I compared this Boiron formula to the other and they seem very similar. I am excited and grateful to have it and use it. At the very least the arnica ones are incredible effective on making sure you aren’t super crampy and sore muscles coming off of long haul flights which is worth it in itself
