Why is the guy passed out in the photos ?

Haha he took one to many of the yellow ones !

Will it fit a10mm round pill?

It fits my emergency 45acp pill

How much cocaine will fit in it? Because it looks like if I had to, I could boof it safely without opening up.

Nah, won't get away with it if trying to go through airport or Federal Government buildings because they'll notice it and check it. They did mine, but mine had whole Excedrine pills.
