Plantar Fasciitis
I have plantar fasciitis, a very painful inflammatory condition of the foot (in my case the ball and top of the foot. I literally couldn't walk - then I found the Orthosole - life began again! It wasn't a miraculous cure but it meant I could walk without putting strain on other areas of my body and ending up with referred pain in my hips, knees and back. The Orthosoles only fit in my walking boots so I'm having to wear them all the time - even in the house. I tried other things like metatarsal cushions but they didn't help the condition. If I try walking without the Orthosole the pain soon comes back so I'm in the walkers until there is no pain left. I have had the condition for seven weeks now. This is a fantastic product.

Not worth bothering with
Bit pointless really. I was really excited about these as I wear custom made orthotics. I have fallen arches and these were a waste of money I'm sad to say. The pink material used to make the supports are way to soft to make any real difference. I think the cost is reflected by the amought of design that has gone into the product, it's a good idea - but it just doesn't work. Get a 'super feet' insole instead if you can find one, at least they work.

cushioned softness
I was introduced to these soles by my orthopaedic surgeon after a nasty injury to a ligament and three tendons in my foot. they have been a godsend in providing cushioned and tailored support for both my feet. My physiotherapy made sure both my feet were balanced ( no pronating) by adjusting the support levels on each foot and my shoes and feet are now much more comfortable. I was also advised to wear Ascic trainers for good foot support with these inserts and that has been very helpful

... have had problems with plantar fascitis and these were recommended to me by an orthopaedic surgeon
I have had problems with plantar fascitis, ligaments and tendons in my feet and these soles were recommended to me by an orthopaedic surgeon. They correct my pronation and are very comfortable to wear. My physiotherapist made sure I used them properly ( you choose the level of inset to suit your problem) , so for me they are worth the price. I have now used them for over a year and they have really helped.
