Highly disappointed
We are really upset not with the delivery and the people who came for installation, but with carrier as a brand. Even paying 40k, I’m amazed that the product didn’t come with copper wire. I paid 6500 as installation. I’m aware that core cutting is not that expensive, but the delivery folks didn’t even let me know that it’s going to be that expensive.

Useless to buy
Just after one year of usage PCB is faulty. As per Amazon description, PCB warranty is 1+4 years, however the company is not providing replacement of PCB and asking for 7000 Rs. Cheats!! Please avoid buying this product and Carrier company.
