Great to help reduce arthritic pain

Taken with boswellia I take 2 a day good size easy to take seems to work as with most supplements take for some time before you feel better

Tables are not 2600mg. More like 2.6mg. 2600mg is 2.6g and that would be hard to swallow. False advertising.

Ich habe Arthrose. Mit Hilfe dieser Tabletten habe ich eine spürbare Linderung erreicht. Je nach Schmerzen nehme ich eine morgens und mitunter eine am Abend dazu. Natürlich sind in erster Linie die täglichen Übungen dafür verantwortlich, dass ich mit meiner Stufe 3 trotzdem gut leben und körperlich arbeiten kann. Ich gehe unzählige Male auf die Zehenspitzen, auf der Treppe oder auf geradem Boden. Mache Kniebeugen, so viele ich am Stück kann. Bei Schmerzen verteile ich das auf 2, 3 oder 4 Tranchen. Ich ziehe meine mit einem Gummiband verbundenen Füße mehr als 100 Mal nach hinten und strecke sie 50 mal jeweils nach links oder nach rechts. Das und die Tabletten plus MSM haben mich von täglichen Schmerzen befreit. Nicht vollkommen, aber zum größten Teil.

I have been taking tumeric supplements for a couple of years now for overall health. Because I have been taking it so long I can’t say I noticed a difference in myself. However I will continue to buy these ones because they are so small and super easy to swallow. Good value for your money. I have had no adverse reaction to these and usually take them in the mornings with breakfast. I have not tried taking them without food. They are easy to digest and have no nasty taste. They are as effective as my previous ones for inflammation and joint pain allowing me to have more energy. I added a photo so you can see how small these are compared to a standard capsule.
