The directions are very unclear on how to actually get your digital picture to the seller to be printed on canvas. There is no listed email and you have to dig for a way to contact them if you want to send your image right away like I did.This is the way I did it AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER: (Maybe there is an easier way, but I didn't see one.)1) Click on "Canvas Champ" (it will be blue in color showing that it is linked).2) Next, click on "Detailed Seller Information"3) On this page you will see a box with rounded corners to the right that says, "For questions regarding products, order delivery, or returns, please contact Canvas Champ Customer Service"4) Click on "Canvas Champ Customer Service"5) This will bring you to a form that you can fill out and attach your image.**Extra Info: Amazon will remove your email address from any communication with the seller. Also there is a 10MB limit on attachments so if your photo is bigger, you will need to upload it to a file sharing service and send them a link instead.I did get the following email a couple of days after I made the purchase... It would have been nice if it came instantly after my purchase like I anticipated would happened... but I freaked out a little and went through the above process."Dear Customer,Thanks for placing an order on our store. Please provide a High Resolution Image that you want on your Canvas, so we can process your order. Please attach the file in the reply to this email.Your image should be 100 dpi or higher in resolution at native size. Please note that the maximum file size limit for attachments in e-mails via Amazon is 10 MB. For more than 1 image, please send them in separate e-mails or upload them to a file sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link to download them from there.Please let us know if you are facing any problem with attaching your file and we will be happy to assist further.Thanks,Canvas Champ"As far as the quality, my picture turned out beautifully. I made sure that it was high quality and that it was cropped ahead of time to the specified size. I was worried that they would crop the picture to wrap it around the canvas, but they just did a mirror image of the edges of my image for the sides so it blends perfectly. It is a nice thick and sturdy canvas. I think about 3/4 of an inch thick, but I'm not up there with a ruler.Once I finally got my image to the seller, it was shipped quickly and wrapped VERY well (in several layers of cardboard and saran wrap) to avoid damage. It came from somewhere in China. I happened to be home when it was delivered, but I was surprised that I had to sign for it. It came very simply with a single heavy screw that I used to mount it on my wall.I am overall very happy with my purchase, I just wish it wasn't such a hassle to get the image to them.

I was a little skeptical on how clear it would be for this price. I was amazed when it arrived. Very clear and sharp almost better than the photo itself. I would order this again, was a fantastic gift. You won't be disappointed. Just make sure you crop your photo because it comes out exactly like you send it in. Well worth the money!

I ordered 3 - 20” x 30” black & white canvas portrait prints and was hesitant ordering through Amazon.However upon arrival, the prints well very well packaged, sealed and protected. (Shipped from India) and arrived in excellent conditions.The prints and canvas frame quality were excellent too!I will definitely be ordering again!

Next time, I’ll spend more for a 2” border on a larger print (I think the smaller prints will be fine with a 1” now that I see it hung, but larger prints, I suggest the 2”).I don’t know if there’s any type of protectant to use, I’ll have to look into this because I think it needs something more.I’m looking forward to ordering more prints. Good value.

Beautiful than what I could have ever imagined! Birthday trip to DUBAI 2022 & this is one of my favorite pictures for my photoshoot! Have the perfect place in my home for it & I can’t wait to hang it!
