a pretty good printer, especially for the price.
i got this printer just over a week ago, and upon arrival it did not work properly. with a little testing i found that the microSD it came with was the culprit (likely imo damaged during transit) the printer seems to need this particular SD card as the go between unless you setup the wifi connection. upon contacting the seller, i was pleasantly suprised to find they responded within just a few hours! i let them know what wad going on, and what i had found myself, and they appologized and got to work making the problem right, sending out a brand new microSD and a 10 dollar refund for my troubles. the new chip got here in a couple days, and everything works great now! so far, i've printed several of the sample designs the SD comes with, and i'm impressed with the machine's capabilities for the relatively low price. its also pretty easy to use, no extensive setup or anything. all in all i personally give it five stars, especially with the customer service, and particularly if someone wants an easy and cheap step into 3D printing.

Trash DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED
So I purchased a long time ago and just now began to play around with it. I followed every step from downloading the app on my phone to downloading the software on my Mac. The thing refuses to connect to any devices. It does not show up anywhere in my Bluetooth settings nor when I go into the wifi menu does it show the QR code that is shown in the app to help. So basically the only thing I can print with this printer is what’s on the card. Wouldn’t work connecting with USB either.

Easy for kids to learn how to use (parents too)
My son got one of these and he LOVED it! It ended up breaking but the company replaced it with no problem as there is a warranty. If you have any issues, the company's customer service is responsive and easy to work with-don't be afraid to contact them.Works great and helps kids and parents learn how to set up 3D printing and how these printers work. It's pretty cool to print something out of plastic filament!

Fun printer for beginners
This is a great entry level printer. It came ready to use out of the box and prints nicely. It arrived fully assembled and with Auto Bed Leveling, so its easy peasy to get up and running. Most of the other printers I looked at required lengthy setup and calibration. The build volume is small compared to other printers and most imported sti files will need to be scaled downward to fit on the build plate. Usually this works fine but sometimes these adjustments can affect the quality of the small parts, especially delicate hinges, causing them to fuse. I've had it a month and I'm already looking for something bigger. The WiFi hasn't worked properly using either my Android phone or PC. Its connected and displays an IP address. I can see the printer and files with my phone and I can print the preinstalled files off the SD card. But it won't download anything from the Cloud and I haven't been able to test any of those files. Luckily the Tina2 included an SD card and reader so I have been able to transfer files manually from PC to printer. My biggest complaint with this printer is the installed software, Wiibuilder2 only runs on Windows. One of the big reasons I picked this model is the description said it was fully open source. I use Linux on my desktop PC and now I must use Cura for slicing and preparing the files. This works fine but it is not customized for this printer as the included Wiibuilder software is. It takes some work to learn Cura and figure out the settings that this little printer likes. I have wasted much filament and time doing so. I have had to reinstall Cura twice to reset the settings to default and start fresh. As a 3d printing novice, its been a pain.Despite these complaints, this is a fine and affordable entry level printer. I arrives ready to print and allows you to be successful right out of the box when printing the preinstalled files. The downside includes a very small build area and buggy WiFi. If you don't run Windows on your PC expect a steep learning curve using the Cura software.I'm giving it 4/5 stars because its been a fun little printer, ready to use and does everything the big boys can do, just teeny tiny. Knocking off one star for the buggy WiFi and that it's not fully open source as the description said. But because it arrives ready to use, includes auto bed leveling and prints well, and I highly recommend this printer for beginners, kids and classrooms.

Only lasted 3-4 months.
The Tina 2 w/wifi is okay when it's fresh out of the box. It worked for about 3 months before it started to have issues. The nozzle was fused with the heat block even though an extra nozzle was in the parts bag. The wifi is only for updates and the app. I never used the app. About 4 months in it started to smash the nozzle into the bed tearing up the bed. As far as I know nothing happened to the printer between prints. Same print, same G-code. After fixing the bed it stopped printer on one side. It turns out the plastic sleeve on both Z axis 6mm rods wore out causing the z gantry to not move up/down level. Biggest issue is with the case. It's small and making repairs is near impossible with adult sized hands.I paid $187 for the Tina 2 with a roll of filament. For that price you can get 2 used Ender 3s off other sites.

Great little printer, but skip the wifi feature
Got this for an 11 year old. The printer is a great first 3d printer (and it is also my first experience with one). Works right out of the box, so far very little issues. Only thing is, don't waste money the wifi feature, it's just way too slow. Every time you'll just end up getting annoyed and taking the memory card from the computer from to the printer, which is anyways easier. So great printer but regret wasting money on the useless wifi feature. And an update -- the seller was extremely responsive and offered to compensate for the difference that I spent on the wifi feature with some free filament, so now I no longer feel bad spending for a feature I dont use.

Great service
When I got the first product it did not work. I contacted them and they responded fast. They could not help fix the item so they sent me a new product. The second 3D printer worked and the printer is easy to use for beginners. They offered to send me extra filament do to the machine not working and having used filament. I was expecting 1 filament they sent me 4.
