You buy from this company at your own peril.
The laptop battery is bad, it keeps draining even when turned off. I reached out to the customer care, the person kept insisting its refurbished, no apology for how bad I am feeling, nothing. Does that mean I should not expect the barest minimum of a good battery from a laptop that cost £680 because its refurbished? The keyboard light does not even reflect well, it's a struggle to use it in the dark and the battery charger gets really hot. These are issues I discovered, only God knows what else I will find if I keep using it.
