These aren't needles these are spikes. They don't pierce the skin properly. Do not use!

The media could not be loaded.  My son has scaring from acne and he has strayed to use this in hope it improves the scaring, so far he is happy using it and he feels it is making a difference, he said once you get used to the sensation it is easy to use and does not hurt, he does it before bed and it leaves the skin red in the area but by the morning his skin colour is always back to looking normal. You roll it over the area in every direction 4 times per angle and he cleans it by soaking it in a cup of boiling water before using

This is an absolute brilliant derma roller for hair and beard growth! absolutely love it the reason being is the fact that it works quite effectively and of course efficiently easy to use it doesn't hurt much obviously gonna get that tingling sensation wishing great feeding but others because it obviously has to create some small holes on your skin and little for the head at you regrow this in essence opens the hair pores in order for you to actually grow more handout of course you're going to slap your pain with her but as with any of them fact that is 0.3 means that is slightly bigger than normal sized ones 0.25 to 0.3 is like the perfect size that you need of course you shouldn't use it more than twice a week from my research and I've only used it four Times Now so for two weeks straight I've used it twice each week which is quite help watch it is quite beneficial and afterwards when you pursue this on the skin section whether your head will bid that you use the derma roller your skin feels much more nourished and it feels better. of course the fact that is titanium microneedling it means that they don't easily get damaged that quickly and therefore they don't need to be sharpened because it's titanium and some of the other temples are you'd get they have a different type material which will need sharpening of course another one would need to be used but this must be cleaned and sanitised of the usage just for the safety of not getting any infections on your skin. overall it is a brilliant roller and it does help with hair and beard grow for the witness that myself but you can't just use this after use of a supplement of oils such as Castor oil Black Sea oil coconut oil and Olive oil for this to be effective!

As I have a big sunspot on my face I was keen to see how effective using a derma roller might be. I was a bit disappointed as when I received my 1mm roller it stated on the instructions this was to be used for such things as growing beards and not for the repair of skin which is what I was looking to use it for, I would have chosen the 0.5mm if I had been aware of this when choosing which one to get.It is really important to follow the instructions with reference to cleaning both the roller and your skin before and after use to prevent a nasty infection but this was very easy to do.The roller needs to be used regularly, twice a week, to get the required result but it will still take a period of time to achieve this.

I have read a lot about Derma rolling so when I spotted this available on the Vine Program I was keen to order it and see how I got on.This product looks good quality upon arrival and is a 0.5mm Microneedle Derma Roller in a clear plastic storage case.It is designed to visibly enhance skin health, minimise stretch marks, uneven skin tone, large pores and scarring all of which I suffer from to some degree so I was excited to try it although apprehensive due to not being a big fan of needles.....no matter how small!! It also says it can help with hair regeneration, fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, age spots, acne and premature skin ageing, of these I have a lot of hyperpigmentation so I began my journey with this product hoping for a small miracle!! Improvement is said to be seen within 2-4 weeks.....The roller is covered in tiny needles which are virtually pain free, they prick the skin making minute marks which prompt regeneration and production of new collagen and tissue growth, as well as new hair growth of that is what you are using it for.Using the product as per the instructions I have seen a slight improvement in the areas I was hoping for, only time will tell if this carries on and I will try to update in the future to report how things are going.Overall this is a good ‘at home’ Derma roller and I would say that it is great value for money. It is a little bit fiddly to use although does get easier the more times you use it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to see any of the improvements it says it can help, but like all skin products it doesn’t work overnight so it is necessary to be patient.I hope that this review has been helpful to you in deciding whether this is the right product for you.

The 1.0mm derma roller is of good quality stainless steel and works as it should. I prefer the titanium as they don't rust but these are sharper. I have been using derma rollers for many years and it is very effecting for firming my face and neck skin, and especially for tightening my large pores.I use the 1.0mm twice a month. I start by applying vitamin C serum then roll my whole face and neck in three direction, horizontal, vertical then diagonal. Rolling stimulates collagen. After rolling is done I apply abundant of my favourite creams, collagen, serums, night cream etc. The first day my face would be slightly red but looks absolutely healthy. Sometimes my skin peels around the third day but I continue to apply loads of moisturizing creams.From my experience, derma rollers with the right serum can slow the age clock ticking.This one is just as good as the famous brands.
