DEFINITELY a 5 star solution!! VERY happy with the end result!!!! Fixed the problem for about $8 in parts and it now works BETTER than when new. Installed on a 2013 Chevy Impala passenger side front door lock to replace intermittent factory part per YouTube video in about 1 hour. Did have to drill a few holes but did not have to remove original part. (Which I hear costs over $100 and takes about 3-4 hours to replace) The electric lock on that door now works more positively than all the others but that’s ok as the kit contains all the parts to do all 4 doors so I will replace the others as they fail. This kit should adapt to nearly any application and can even be installed on cars that do not currently have electric locks. Overall fantastic results!!

It didnt fit my application, but they worked fine when connected to 12v. It was just a little too big to fit.

Product works very well so far. I have purchased 12 overall and they are all tied into one single activator so that should give me a good indication how well they will hold up. More to follow. Update (Perfect fit replacement part for my Newmar Motorhome baggage doors) I have replaced and installed all 12 lock actuators on my Newmar Motorhome and they were a perfect fit, I did not have to change a thing. All actuators work as described. They are a little noisy but I think it’s mostly the metal switch in the locking mechanism and not the actuator. I also think they are more powerful than the original actuators and I hope this means they will last longer. Update as of 30 June 2024 I’m about 4 months in and all the actuators work flawlessly, they have been opened and closed hundreds of times and all 12 originally purchased are still functioning.

Works great so far. Please understand that these are "universal" actuators. Universal does not mean that it will magically fit into every application. It means that you get to engineer a mounting system and make it fit your application. I used mine on a rear sliding door in my 2013 Town and Country. Chrysler wanted $800.00 to repair the failing power lock actuator and I was not willing to go through the hassle of gutting the door to get to the original, so I used these and modified the locking system. These come with everything you need for a simple install. Depending on what you are doing with them, you might need to fabricate additional mounting brackets. You will also likely have to provide your own additional wire as these have about 6" of wire coming out of them. Remember that as a universal fit item, they cannot possibly predict the bracket and wiring needs of everyone so expect to have to add other supplies to make it work for your needs. Dome reviewers are complaining that they dont last long... they are cheap. Buy the 4 pack. Whaddaya want for the price?!

I did not use these as described. I had 30 second periods of 100% duty cycle...but all 4 melted after about 45 minutes each. Might be ok of basic door latch pulses.

These actuators can be considered a direct replacement part for the LiftMaster Power Door Lock 041A6102 and LiftMaster Automatic Garage Door Lock 841LM. As far as I can tell, both parts are identical, although the part numbers are different. Here are a few points of interest; To make this repair more effective, consider purchasing a set of 3.9mm bullet connectors and installing them on the Liftmaster door lock wire to make it a quick repair the next time a replacement is needed. These Bullet connectors fit the ones already installed on the replacement actuator. I would also recommend getting a wire crimping tool if you don't already own one for this type of connector. Do a couple of practice crimps with the female bullet connector on some spare wire to get comfortable and DIY this job. Minimal repair aptitude needed, major money saved even if you purchase the items and tool. This is not a sponsored review; I'm just an average customer trying to help someone else not get ripped off. There is a youtube video showing how to repair a liftmaster garage lock using this part. It fits perfectly, feels and looks exactly like the original actuator and performs the same. The plastic actuator is the weak link in the Liftmaster auto door lock. A oem replacement costs over 130 dollars from Liftmaster but that includes the entire metal housing, linkages and deadbolt. This plastic acuator costs around 5-8 dollars and takes no more than 30 minutes to replace. Unbolt the lock from the garage door track, remove screws to open the lock housing, replace the actuator, solder the green wire to the white/black and the blue to the solid white and put back together. Done. Cheap, fast, effective. I have no doubt this actuator will break eventually just like the original but I bought a package of 4 so I can do this repair as needed. Even if it only lasts for a year or two, it cannot be beat for the price.

Acheter pour remplacer ceux sur ma vieille auto 2001 que j’entretiens et remiser l’hiver, ceux ci causent court circuit intermittent et trouver originaux presque impossible ou très cher , je n’arrivais pas à croire que je pouvais commander ceux ci à un prix aussi ridicule, sûrement pas aussi durable j’imagine mais je les ai testé fonctionne très bien je suis assez débrouillard en mécanique je vais surement réussir à fitter , dans cas contraire ce qui m’étonnerait je ne regretterai pas cet achat excellente solution de rechange à moins cher qu’un repas au fast food
