WISH I COULD GIVE THIS 10 STARS!
I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS 10 STARS!!!! The swing is beyond my expectations. The wood is sturdy and smoothly sanded, the hardware is great quality, the contoured seat is so comfortable and very easy to put together. Great quality. . But what I am SO pleased with is the customer service. I had several questions and requests and they were patient with me. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED!! It even arrived much earlier than the estimated delivery. If you need an outdoor swing, this is THE one.

Order or not? You decide..read my honest review
My review is such a mixed bag.....that's why I gave this swing three stars.Ok so:NEGATIVES:- The instructions kinda sucks but since there's not many items to assemble, it's kinda hard to screw it up- The four 3'inch screws are very poor quality that the heads sheared right off and it wasn't even at the top of the head/wood.....that's a sign of a cheap/poor quality fastener. If I didn't have any working knowledge of woodworking....then I would've been screwed (literally). Thank God I had some long SPAX screws and I used those while having to modify the sheared of screws that was already left in the wood armrests; and I had to be very careful of how to screw them in and not split the wood. There's absolutely no reason why the maker of this swing didn't include quality wood screws.- Quality control is lacking. When I went to screw in those 3'inch wood screws; I immediately noticed both arm rests did not matchup and it wasn't even close. There was about almost an inch of a difference between both sides where they screw together (pre-drilled holes) and mind you this is before I tightened up all the bolts on the swing. So once again If I didn't have any working knowledge of woodworking...then I'd be screwed. I literally had to line up one side and then I had to push the other arm rest as far as possible without breaking it and this is also having to adjust to those cheap sheared of screws that this maker of this swing provided to me with this swing's hardware.- All in all, it looked pretty even but you can tell when you compare both sides of the swing and seating position...there's about a 1/8 difference in measurement among the seat and and the back rest wood slats and that is ridiculous when you think about it. I understand woodwork isn't exacting like metal from a factory but when you think about the arm rests not lining up and also this 1/8 difference...that's kinda a big deal.- The chain seems low quality and thin. I have a hanging lantern light on my front porch and that chain on that is about twice as thick and the light is only like 8 pounds....lol. So I'm not sure how long this chain will last?- It took 24 days (almost a month) for the swing to get to my home....seems a bit ridiculous to me.POSITIVES:- The swing looks better in person unfinished. I was going to stain it but I think overtime it'll look better just weathered. The unfinished wood looks beautiful.- The swing looks very sturdy and should last many years.- Overall, I think the maker of the swing cut the wood and put it together nicely.FINAL NOTE:- I picked this three person swing due to: -- Looks of the swing -- Rolled back for comfort -- Arm rest being lower for comfort -- Bug & Rot resistance due to the Cypress wood.........Yeah sure, I had some minor/major gripes with it.....but all in all I'd order this swing again.

Tropical Storm Zeta vs. The Swing
So this may not be your typical review. During this whole quarantine spring, summer, and fall we decided to build a patio with a fire pit. It’s beautiful! I asked my husband to get me a swing and he built a pergola that matching our deck. We had to wait a little bit for the swing to come in but that’s ok because we had other things to work On while we waited. Finally the swing came!!! I put it together. I thought it the directions were pretty straight forward. We had no troubles with any of the parts or screws or anything. We finally got to hang it up in the pergola. Perfection!! It was sooo comfortable and it felt sturdy and strong and I was in LOVE!! And the yesterday tropical storm Zeta came through with wind gusts up to 55mph. A 30+ foot tall cypress tree fell in the back yard and landed on my swing pergola!! The tree knocked the top right off and it all crashed to the ground. Hers the best part....my swing was NOT damaged at all. NONE! There was a couple of scratches on the stain. So minor. Y’all I ain’t even joking this swing is legit sooo strong. If it can stand up to a tree falling in it, it can take any other abuse you give it. I am in love with this product and I’m so happy we got it.

Poor Assembly Instructions
Like many items today, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. These instructions initially tell you to install the bolts with the threaded ends facing inward. This would make sense because it would be easy to gash your lag if you brushed up against the threaded ends if they were sticking out.So I installed all of the carriage bolts with the rounded heads on the exterior and the threaded ends "inside" the swing. Turns out there is another line of instructions after this stating that 4 of the carriage bolts should be installed the opposite way, but the print is so small and the layout of the page so jumbled it is easy to just pass right over it. The sketches are also so small you can't really see any detail. So when I go to install the chains I discover that these 4 bolts were installed incorrectly and I need to remove them and reverse the position to put the threaded ends outside. Big problem... since the swing uses carriage bolts which have rounded heads... there is no slot for a screwdriver to be inserted or a place to use pliars to keep the bolt from spinning when you try to loosen the nut. We tried everything including grinding a flat spot in an attempt to give us something to clamp onto to hold the bolt still... nothing worked. Finally had to use the grinder to just saw off the bolts and then make a 30 mile round trip and blow $8 to buy 4 replacement bolts and nuts. If I had read the instructions from beginning to end 4 or 5 times with a magnifying glass maybe I could have saved the headache.Swing looks like a decent swing, but I hope the manufacturer will hire a professional to redesign their instruction sheet.

Good product but the chains and design for hanging aren’t the best.
Although not quite what I expected, it’s a good product for the most part. I don’t like that the chains holding the swing are connected by a washer and nut. I purchased different hardware and heavier chains for installation.

I love this swing!!!
I love this swing!!! It is truly well made, and it is exactly as described and pictured! Actually, it is probably better in person than in the description and pictures. It smells wonderful, too! We will enjoy this swing for years to come!

Cost/workmanship
Cost in my opinion was too much for the product. Also, several screws driven too deep in the wood.
