Are these slip resistant?

I have an elderly dog. I've used the pads in front of her crate because when she gets up, she usually has to go immediately & just doesn't make it to the door. I have carpeting, so they are laid on carpeting. I have found that they tend to stay in place even tho' I & the dogs walk across them. They stay in place better than the doggy piddle pads. I don't know how well they would stay in place on a bed with a restless person laying on them, but they've solved my problem & are doing a good job.
