This is a good little pouch
This is a good little pouch, and it will be my IFAK/Trauma kit. It seems to have enough room for a small trauma or blowout kit. The front pouch is great size for bandaids, steri-strips, gauze pads, etc...inside there is a PARACORD for what holds the bottom up, not cheap braided crap. It may be useful for a tq if you had to use it. It has plenty of elastic loops for an assortment of items and another pouch inside on the back. I'll update when I get it filled up with what I plan on keeping. All in all, I would recommend this.Edit: I've filled this up. I have compressed gauze, a 4" Israeli bandage, SOF-TT tourniquet, wound irrigation kit, a lighter and a fine point sharpie. The internal pouch holds a bag with 3-4 pairs (i don't remember what I packed) of nitrile gloves and a 15 mg packet of Celox. I still have room for some forceps, a pair of small hemostats and a disposable scalpel. I did decide to pack a (slightly) more stocked boo-boo kit elsewhere because what I have takes up some space. It's been on my bag for a few months now, been tossed around and its not showing any wear, but it mostly rides in my truck. I would buy another if I needed one.

Good for the price.
This is a convenient little pouch. I bought it to add to the front of my sling bag to hold my writing materials. I've been using it for about a month and it's holding up fine. The fabric seems strong enough, zippers are tough and slide smoothly. I haven't taken it on a hike or any camping trips yet, so we'll see if some water, rocks, and tree snags will break it, but for day to day use it does the job. Inside the pouch is two deep pockets, a bunch of straps for organizing small things (pens, pencils, field notes books) and a great adjustable cord system to prevent the pouch from opening fully. The zipper opens all the way around so only the bottom is attached. Stitching is even and all molle attachments are even. My only complaint is the molle straps are a bit too long to fit my pack evenly, I don't know if it's the pouch or my pack that doesn't line up, but the mille straps are sturdy and hold great. I think this pouch was worth the money.

VERY USEFUL pouch with a lot of uses
I got this pouch to go inside the main compartment of my Reebow sling pack. The sling pack is my "man purse" & I had too many small, "1st aid" type things that were always migrating under the big things making them a mess to try & find when I needed them. This pouch is PERFECT! All my self care stuff is in one, easy to grab place now. The pouch itself is very well made, well thought-out, making it very flexible as to just how it's used. Your ingenuity & imagination are the only limitations. The materials, hardware, stitching, etc. are all very good. Zippers work great after a little zipper lube & working a few seconds. They're even getting better with a little use. I could just as well attach it to the OUTSIDE of my sling pack, but that would have made it unnecessarily larger & I have plenty of space inside for the pouch.

Not as small as you think
I wanted this to hold a few spare batteries, allen wrenches and a small flashlight to keep my immediate field gunsmithing tools handy. It is quite a bit larger than I expected. If you want, this makes for a good, not great, very small first aid kit but don't plan on stuffing a splint, ice pack, Israeli bandage, or other bulky items--there are better suited Condor molle pouches for that. This will suffice for some gauze, tape, Band-Aids, gloves, and perhaps some other small items--tweezers, fingernail clipper, pen, small scissor, etc. I'll keep it but it is larger than what I wanted and too small for other things.

Extra Room For Essentials
Just secured this pouch to my MOLLE pack today and I am quite pleased with this inexpensive addition to my bug out bag. I intend to use this pouch as my trauma pack. I already have an IFAK mounted on my pack, but I wanted the trauma supplies separate. This pouch has MOLLE type straps on the inside. They will be good or holding folding knives, flashlights, and other small essentials. There is an internal pocket as well as the outside pocket with zipper. The straps to attach to my pack were a bit of a struggle, but once on, this pouch is tight and easy to access. The para cords allow you to adjust exactly how far the pouch can open, preventing smaller items from falling out. This was a perfect fit for my needs and could be used for a variety of other uses. Would also make a great mini emergency kit for the car or boat. Very much a good investment for me. Hope this helps you decide if this pouch is for you.

Very versatile pouch
I made this purchase while looking for a pouch to put on my backpack. The only criteria I had, was a utility pouch of some significant size, in my case I was looking to use it as a toiletry bag, & the pouch had to placed vertically on the side of my pack without spilling. The MOLLE webbing on the side of my pack runs up & down vs. left & right like on an IBA. This pouch makes an ideal map/utility/IFAK pouch. It has a "drawstring" on the inside to prevent the cover from coming completely open. Several elastic loops inside to secure pens/pencils/scissors etc. waterproof/water tight zippers. It has additional webbing on the sides for a pistol mag pouch, flashlight or similar narrow size & some on the front to stack more pouches. The pouch is a little less the 2 inches thick and the whole think is about the size of a paperback book, it has a lot lower profile than the pictures credit it. I am not using it right now on my pack, I found a different pouch that better addresses my needs, but when I rip out I will probably move it over.

Misc molle pouch.
If your looking for a misc molle pouch, this is the best 16 bucks you can spend. I am continuously impressed by Condor's quality. The zippers work great and the pouch is fairly discreet. Here are some picks of it mounted on a Slumberjack Spoor I picked up for $40 on a flash sale (great pack for the price BTW). You should be able to fit your essential items in there, easily. There is more then enough space. The internal elastic molle is awesome for organization.Note: I switched out the paracord runner for some spare zing-it I had laying around. Mostly because the zing-it is bright as heck. Also, I just threw some random items in there, so don't be too critical of the load-out.
