Some books do not share any fictional story but share a magic that no other book can. This is one such book whose magic was the aroma amd taste of good and healthy food along with the consideration of some lifestyle health issues like diabetes, hypertension etc.I tried the recipes and found that, even though the author has mentioned the health issue for which the recipe is suitable, those recipes can even prove to be healthy for other issues, like thyroid and PCOS.The book is divided into separate parts to avoid confusing , so that reader can understand clearly.Some of the recipes include chutneys, drinks, main course are explained very well. Some recipes are time taking as well but they are worth the time. I just loved the recipes of snacks .Really author has put lot of efforts and care while writing this book.. Kudos to author.

During the lockdown, I developed a special interest in cooking. It all started with Dalgona coffee, and now I am reading different cookbooks to enhance my skills further. While we are still recovering from a pandemic, this book captured my special interest. What is food acts as our medicine?The author started the book by describing the importance of spices. Spices contain volatile oil, and it imparts a distinct aroma in cooking. This book represents many recipes that will aid in reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in our bodies. All the recipes require minimal ingredients. The author made an effort to replace unhealthy food ingredients with healthy replacements; like replacing sugar with jaggery, salt with pink salt, and many more. It also made a unique approach to represent varied recopies as per an individual taste; like one might savor gravy items while others might enjoy dry items. From powder to curries, it shared top-notch recopies all around India. The most attractive feature of this book is, it is truly crafted with love for the people. The author considered so many factors while writing this book, and all this effort made this one quite different from others. If you are into cookery, you should definitely pick this one up.

Good book
I gifted this book to my sister as her parents in law are diabetic and has blood pressure issues. I already loved this book and prepared almost every dishes, so i thought to gift it to her so that she can also get some compliments for tasty food. ; )This vibrant book is the need of this hour and the way these problems are taking over every alternate person, we all must change our lifestyle and food habits to avoid the worse.This book is far better than the book by any chef, although their food can't be compared, but the way author has shown concern and taken care of the taste as well, this book really needs to be appreciated for that.There are some more health issues which are very common these days, so i wish author include those problems also in future books.

Any one who is suffering from health issues such as diabetes and hypertension or os looking for the food which can used as immunity booster, MUST have this book.It contains many recipes divided in sections to avoid any confusion.All these recipes are very easy to prepare and all ingredients are easily available in our home.Food is not meant to give pleasure only to the taste buds, but also nutrition and energy to the body, so this book contains all such recipes which will enhance the taste buds and also provide betterment for the body.My mother also loved this book very much because it contains all healthy dishes.The instructions are vivid and even a beginner will be able to cook with some guidance.

As someone who is always looking to lead a healthy and fit life, this book was a must read. The book includes Indian recipes using simple, readily available items, making it even more useful for creating delicious meals. The author started the book by describing the importance of spices, often overlooked by us while cooking. We often end up believing spices are not good for our health. I liked that the book is full of so many tasty and easy-to-make healthy recipes. The cover of the book and the overall structure of the book is very cheerful and eye catching. The colorful pictures of each recipe make it even more interesting. Totally worth it.

The author has done a great job by writing this amazing book.Majority of the ingredients are available at our home or can easily buy from the stores.It is really a unique approach to represent all these information.Author has replaced all unhealthy items with healthy items. And also described the usage of that particular ingredient.First of all it is started with teaching of species like it contain volatile oil.This recipe book is a must if you want to have tasty and healthy food.Highly recommended.
