Awful
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. If it had 0 stars I would choose that. I has a horrendous clicking noise that sounds like a factory from 1910. Returning the product.

App is sold separately. Monthly or yearly
I think the ad is miss leading. As for the basic operation of the machine its great. The Bluetooth does not work unless you pay for a subscription to the IFIT app. They want around 14.99 a month or 180.00 a year. You can't use the google maps that shows running in different places around the world. And it only works with certain tablet type device. Not your phone. It does allow you to use your own device to use the Speakers. However not by Bluetooth. You will need a connection that has a male end on both ends of the wire. One that you plug into your headphone jack on your phone or tablet and the other end into the machine. It does not store any of your workout info. It will show it during your workout but won't keep it longer then about 5 mins. Also I seen on line that the reviews for the app are not very good. People say that the app often doesn't record your info correct or won't work at all. Some reported that the app lost all their stored workout info. all together. I will say its a sturdy well made machine and if it wasn't for having to pay for the app I would have given it a five start review.PS; I bought the app for a discount of $12.00 a month for a year. After a few kinks on setting it up with the IFIT tech I am ready to go.Now I can keep a record of all workouts. Except on the 2nd day it had a workout I never did. Other than that it make workouts using the on line app interesting. In the last 2 days I ran in a village in Switzerland and in Paris France. Makes the workout go faster and you can choose your level of toughness. I.e. walk, run, terrain. How many miles and how long the workout will be. I still don't like the idea of paying for the app, but I guess its not too bad for what you get.

The sound it makes won’t let you focus in your workout
This product sounds like it’s going to break every time I move my feet. I don’t recommend it. The sound comes from the front bottom of the machine.

Loud
I am very unhappy with this purchase! I should have listened to the other reviews about the machine squeaking. It is soooo loud and noisy. Brand new and sounds old. It's very annoying. Also, it is irritating that the Ifit cost is ridiculous. $15 a month for an app is not ok.

iFit membership makes this a 1-star
The machine itself works fine but the required iFit membership plan makes this too much of a pain. I tried some of the suggestions other customers had to activate the without the membership but none worked. I could not even get the machine to turn on in manual mode. Once I finally gave in and submitted my credit card info just to start up the machine, the iFit membership benefits didn't really work anyway (but I was then at least able to use the machine). I never got to use any of the membership benefits and just use the machine in manual mode, but was still automatically charged the first monthly fee to to renew the iFit membership. I've now cancelled it and hope the machine will continue to work once it expires. There's also no way to remove your credit card info once you've submitted it. Feels like they're trying to take advantage of customers.

Didn't last very long
Purchased this in July 2017. It's now December of 2017. The product was assembled by an engineer, so I know it was put together properly. The machine became extremely noisy after 4 uses. I'm 5'5", and it is very uncomfortable on my knees. I feel like I am scrunched up, and can't fully extend my legs when exercising. Other reviewers seem to like to product, so maybe I got a lemon. It's also very heavy, and the instructions recommend using two people when moving. It can be folded in half, but that also requires two people. I've been too lazy to return it, so it sits in my garage.
