I love sparkling water with watermelon flavouring and was so excited to try this essence - but what a disappointment! I added about 10 drops to 500ml water. Nothing. Another 10. Still nothing. Ended up giving it a huge squeeze and finally got a vague whiff of watermelony taste - but it could still have done with more, making it a hugely expensive drink of flavoured water!I have three other flavourings from this brand and can only hope they are better.

I used this flavouring for a very big cake and suffice to say my customer absolutely loved the taste.I had tasted some cut offs from the cake and it didn’t taste chemically,in fact it was so delicious.A little goes a long way,I didn’t need too much of it either.Definitely recommend it.

Used this in a cold iced coffee the same way I use lots of other different flavourings from other buyers.This is very sour and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.
