I’m so disappointed. This mask shocked and burned my face. At first I thought I was imagining things. But, after 3 times it actually left marks on my face. The little face rest buttons (see pic) are what shocked and burned my face. I know it wasn’t the light bc I used the neck portion only just to try, and I was fine. Now I can’t return the item and I only used it 3 times (2 of those to see if I was just doing something wrong). What a waste of over $100. Definitely upset.

Product is great but sparks when plugged and unplugged. Does not hold a charge and has to be plugged in to the charger to work.

Worst product ever, i'm esthetician and i though this like an easy home device, to my mom's, as a present.She barely used it 4 times, just 4 times!! and it doesn't work anymore. An i pay U$118 for this with the shippment!! Such a waste! I Don't recommend this product for nothing!.
