I use this for everything * Note it's Crazy HOT
This is great in chili, salsa, salad dressing, ice cream recipes. :) I put it in litterly everything!Just a tiny drop does the trick, it really lived up to my expectations.I absolutely loved the bottle that I bought for myself so I bought one as a gift for a friend to is a hot sauce guru and he raves about it as well.* this product is not for those people that like mild heat, this delivers a wallop of a burn for those that seek it out.

Adds amazing heat
Adds amazing heat and bite to a pot of any kind of soup or stew , literally a toothpick dip or two is all you need , little goes a long way and absolutely worth it :) also makes an amazing pot of collard greens with a small amount of this amazing reserve.

Hot, HOT, HOT!!!! Put this in dropper bottles for best usage!
CAUTION: It is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY HOT!!! It is probably hot enough where if you were to put one drop into a jar of mild salsa, the whole thing would turn hot (if mixed well, of course). The one negative about this is that they don't tell you how you're supposed to open the bottle. I used a knife, but I cut in way too deep and cut off the cork. When I tried to remove the cork, it dropped in, splashing my hands and arms. It must have been an hour ago when I vigorously rinsed it off and they're still warm. Luckily, I had bought six dropper bottles to put Dave's Ultimate Insanity into. I had only used two and was able to put all of this into four 1 oz. dropper bottles.I will say this, when you're opening the bottle for the first time, USE DISPOSABLE GLOVES!! Taking that extra measure of precaution with this bottle is, IMO, necessary. You may even want to wear a throw-away long sleeve shirt just to be safer. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have dropper bottles ready to put this in, since I essentially had no more cap! I had bought these: http://smile.amazon.com/Cobalt-Blue-Glass-Bottles-Dropper/dp/B0081SPX9Q/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1436114357&sr=8-2&keywords=dropper+bottles&pebp=1436114363655&perid=1SDB0WDWA594YZ1673CC.

Great for adding heat to recipes without adding strange flavour ...
Ive eaten entire ghost peppers before but this is my first chili extract. Took a well dipped toothpick of this stuff to test it and wow! I can only imagine the other extracts that rate at a higher SCU. Made chilli with this. Doesn't take much. 1/3 of a tablespoon in a whole pot of chili con carne gives plenty of kick. Great for adding heat to recipes without adding strange flavour from pre blended hot sauces. My only issue was with the bottle. Had to score the wax with the saw from my pocket knife then pop it off with a screw driver. Good thing I didnt pop off the skull ornament at the top if the cork! Putting back the cork causes leaks since its so air tight it adds onto the internal pressure of the bottle. The cork will slowly push out halfway through causing some sauce to bleed out the top. I personally

Not as hot as advertised, horrible bottle-stopper design (cork)
I bought this hoping it would be my new extreme hot sauce. Over the years I have collected scores or hot sauces, and make sure I have one that I test as "the hottest." Because I have been testing sauces for years, I have plateaued - I cannot seem to find anything hotter than my current "hottest" sauce (Da Bomb). Prior to Da Bomb, my hottest sauce was Demon Ichor, and prior to that was Mad Dog 357 (the one with the bullet key ring). Da Bomb is barely hotter than Demon Ichor, and Demon Ichor burns for twice as long.Blair's 3am is nowhere near as hot as Da Bomb. Not even close. On top of that, it is really intended as a collectible item that is never opened. Getting past the wax is a chore - search Google/YouTube and you will see it mentioned many times. Once the wax is off, a cork is used to stop the bottle. Unfortunately, due to capillary action or some other magic, hot sauce seeps from inside the bottle (there is a thin film from when you pour out a drop), past the cork, which then covers the cork with the sauce. You cannot open the bottle without getting sauce all over your hand.Don't get me wrong, the sauce is hot. Like all the extreme sauces, it is really a cooked-down extract with an oily consistency. Flavor is mild, habanero-type flavor, and it is quite hot. But it nowhere near as hot as Da Bomb, or Demon Ichor, or Mad Dog. It is a liability once opened due to the use of a cork.

Great addition to chili
Opening the bottle takes a delicate hand because of the flimsy cork, but if you're careful it should be alright. As for the flavor.. I put a teaspoon (per instructions) in a giant pot of chili and I thought my face might burst into flames. I couldn't finish the bowl. I'm not generally a lightweight when it comes to heat, but this one really got the better of me. That said, it has a really great flavor and definitely gave an awesome kick to the chili.

Hot hot hot
Actually has pretty good flavor if used in moderation in pasta sauce. We added about a teaspoon per quart of sauce which makes it pretty hot but tasty. I do not recommend giving this to someone by itself, although I have been trying to convince some of my coworkers to do exactly that for the last month or so. I'm not giving up.

At least now we're forcing him to get an android instead of a crappy Apple product
Please don't try and put a drop on your tongue to prove how manly you are. My little brother attempted this while I was out of the room and flew into such a panic that he threw his iPhone into the fridge, cracked the screen, and tripped over our cat. At least now we're forcing him to get an android instead of a crappy Apple product. Thank you Blair!
