Easy to install and use, very helpful for physical therapy at home
This pulley system is very useful. The clip that goes over the door is easy to adjust so it is very stable on a door of any reasonable width. It's also very easy to adjust the length of the cord by tying a knot which could easily be untied to readjust. It's easy to use and very helpful with stretching shoulder joints.

Good value and easy to use. Make sure you have consulted physio first.
Has certainly helped my frozen shoulder with exercises recommended by physiotherapist. If I hadn't had the exercises beforehand I would not have known what to do and might have caused myself more damage - hence the score of four rather than five.
